Fantastic store in Salisbury was made very welcome and the staff were really friendly. Would totally recommend to people plus the delivery of the beds and mattresses came quickly too which was really good and convenient.

Staff at the Salisbury store were…brilliant
Staff at the Salisbury store were polite, helpful & informative. The 2 guys that delivered & set up our new bed were Sean & knight..the nicest & most courteous chaps you could ever meet. Nothing too much trouble & were so considerate putting on protection over their shoes so as not to mark our carpets. Well done to all the dreams staff that we dealt with.

Excellent sales support
Very helpful, knowledgeable sales person. Tried a selection of mattresses and found one that both I and my wife liked that was within our budget. Have enjoyed 2 months of sleep since then.

The sakes lady was patiant, pleasent, and helpful and knowledgeable which helped us to chose a right mattress with no stress. Your delivery guys were timely and helped in placing the mattress in a right place. All in all a very good experince. 👌

Happy visit
Went there today and was greeted by David on arrival. We politely declined a drink when we were offered one. We tested different mattresses including sleep match and we were offered a selection of pillows to go with our purchase. Very helpful and easy visit.

the staff in store were extremely helpful and we were very impressed with their attitude and advice. We spent quite a time trying out various mattresses before we made our final selection, but never felt that we were under any pressure at all. Consequently we now are enjoying the best nights of sleep, and are delighted with our choice! Well done Dreams!

Great mattress
Nice staff, and decided on med/firm mattress. Did not have to wait long for delivery and delivery men were excellent. Lovely, very comfortable mattress. Would definitely go to Dreams again.

Nathan was beyond informative and…
Nathan was beyond informative and helpful when we were searching for a mattress. Our current mattress was no longer in stock so he diligently suggested several similar mattresses and explained all the benefits and features so eloquently. This is exactly why we shop at Dreams, and in-person. Thank you again, Nathan! I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

No pressure
We knew what we wanted and all our questions were answered without sales pressure to spend more. We are extremely happy with the motorised bed frame. All parts of the purchase were handled professionally.
