Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent service

My granddaughter slept in bed for first time last night, and with a smile she said it was comfy

Whilst purchase was great, the delivery wasn't.
We had a time slot in the afternoon which we aimed to be at, had a call in the morning saying they'd be 15 mins early, this wasn't an issue, the issue was whilst 9 miles away we had a call saying theyre 15 mins away, (45 mins before their altered time), so we had to rush to be at the destination- the mattress was for my elderly mother.
Not happy.

The machine we laid on was very accurate. The lady who served us was very friendly and answered all the questions we asked. The delivery of the bed was on time as promised and the guys that came were friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

A great experience from sales to delivery and assembly teams, Great communication with delivery and good recycling with everything taken away. Best of all the comfort of our automatic bed with remote control.

Great service allround from start to finish . From showroom staff to delivery service . 5 stars all the way . Would highly recormend them to anyone . If we need another bed any time Dreams is the place we will be going .

The staff at the Rotherham Dreams store were super helpful and it was easy to make a purchase. We got a great bed frame at a reduced price in the sales and delivery was within 2 weeks, just before Christmas. The delivery was smooth and the bed itself is excellent.
