Walked into Dreams Poole just to take a look, walked out with £700 of new mattress stuff.
Safe to say, sales are really nice, only eclipsed by the quality of the bed - so comfy it makes me want to never get out of it. Can't beat comfy.

Excellent service and delivery
Delivered on time. Very efficient, good instructions from salesperson in shop (Poole) to communications from delivery firm.
New bed VERY comfortable, given free mattress protector. All a good experience and service.

Happy Customer
Excellent service at Dreams in Poole. The assistant was friendly, efficient, very helpful and had comprehensive product knowledge. After discussing my needs, I took the 3 minute mattress test to identify the best mattresses for me and after a try-out on each one, I made my choice accordingly. We agreed a delivery date and all went to plan. Lovely comfortable mattress, I couldn't be happier!

James was so very helpful
James was so very helpful, without being pushy. He showed us a few different beds as we had not given him a budget.
We eventually decided on our new mattress and are extremely satisfied with it.
We would have no hesitation in returning to Poole Dreams for any future purchase.

Lovely experience
VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE. I LOVED TO SEE THAT WE COULD CUSTOMISE THE BED ACCORDING TO OUR NEEDS. EXTRA OFFERS LIKE PILLOWS AND DISCOUNTS WERE GREAT!
