Dreams - Nottingham Lady Bay Omdömen 

My partner and I purchased a king size mattress, 2 pillows and a mattress protector from the branch nearest to us and the experience was friendly, fast and exactly tailored to my many physical needs for the mattress chosen. This is my 3rd mattress in 25 years from Dreams. Our assistant, Mr Mellors-Denham was very helpful and professional, as were his 2 colleagues and the experience took about half an hour or so from start to finish. I used the sleepmaster machine. Funny that one of the assistants recognised my surname and asked if I was related to someone he knew of the same name, and yes I am. We had a good laugh. I left the store very satisfied and I'm already loving one of the pillows I took home! Last night was an excellent sleep on the pillow despite the mattress I'm on to be making my back worse, so I'm counting down the days for my lovely new king size mattress to arrive.

David at the Lady Bay retail park in Nottingham was extremely helpful. I had a bunch of questions whilst searching for a new mattress as it is a bit of a minefield! He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and vast knowledge. The sleep machine is also really good and helped get the perfect choice that both myself and my partner are happy with.

Ordering was easy, friendly staff, kept in touch with info of delivery. Delivery guys were just so friendly & helpful. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Their Sleep Match machine is great and I chose one of the recommend mattresses. Great price for an adjustable bed frame and my chosen mattress has a cooling layer. Very friendly staff was even offered a cuppa. Can't wait for my new adjustable bed and mattress to arrive now.

Excellent customer service, the young man was really helpful. Showed us a range of mattresses that he considered would be suitable. After testing out all those he suggested, one in particular met our needs and luckily was in stock and could be delivered in time for Xmas. Good choice and pleased with it.
