Cameron at Nottingham was very patient and professional and made it very easy for us to make a choice for two new matresses. Excellent service. The items arrived on time and the delivery staff were great and very helpful

I have bought my beds from Bensons in the past.
We decided to buy an adjustable bed and went to Bensons. However, the salesman was awful. Only had 1 bed to show us and was rude and dismissive when we spoke to him. We left and went next door to Dreams.
We were met by Martin who very politely told us he was with a customer and he would be with us asap. He also asked if we’d like a drink.
What a difference!!
After a short time he put us on their trial bed and showed us a selection of beds and mattresses. We weren’t pushed into anything and left to our own thoughts.
We chose our package and arranged a delivery date.
The delivery men again were very polite and answered all our questions.
We know where any future beds will come from!!

Delivered on time in a friendly manner. Happy with the new bed and would definitely use dreams again.

The Dreams staff are very warm and friendly and are very knowledgeable about their great products in a non pushy way which was a breath of fresh air compared to some of their competitors who just seemed to want to sell me a product regardless of suitability.

My son and I visited the Nottingham store at Castle Marina for assistance with purchasing a pillow. As we approached the pillow section, a gentleman named Denier kindly offered to help us. My son wasn’t entirely sure which pillow he wanted, so Denier took the time to explain the different features and even encouraged him to test them out on the bed. This was a wonderful experience for my son, who has been dealing with neck pain, and I knew that finding the right pillow would make a difference. After about 10–15 minutes, my son chose his preferred pillow, and we left very happy. He absolutely loves his new pillow, and we’d like to thank Denier for his kindness and excellent customer service.

Excellent service with good advice

Here are some photos of the so called bed which we refer to as the coffins.
Do not use these,we spent nearly £2500 on the bed and after 12 mths it where like a coffin sunk,I work away 4 nights aweek so it had been slept on my side for just 144 days and they said it was acceptable,told them I would post the photos so here they are.
As soon as it's possible I will take it down to the shop to show potential customers what dreams beds are like,sorry that you will lose alot of money but so have I, I need to buy another bed now. Sorry cannot upload photos at the mo ,as soon as I can I will,
In the meantime time please don't use this company, go to a reputable company. I'll get photos one way or another on here.

My husband said he didn't want a new mattress but your sales person made it all go well so kudos to him, he was a student so just working to keep himself afloat making some pennies what a lovely thoughtful young man .The young man was courteous and knew how to speak to us and elderly couple made the experience a good one.
