Dreams - Liverpool Edge Lane Omdömen 

Really bad experience with this company. I bought a mattress and after some time it was damaged on one side( falling apart)but only one of the side not in the middle where is where I normally sleep . I did contact them and their reply was that the mattress was like that because of the time of use.
I am really disappointed because it was a expensive mattress and it was impossible to be damage on the side that is not use .
I do not recommend this company at all

we are very very happy with all that dreams did for us but we did not know we would have to get an electrician in to put more sockets in as we only had 1 socket near the bed i felt that we should have been told each bed needed its own socket before it was delivered

It was a refreshing change to have a listening person who was interested the costumer's requirements and tried their best to fulfill them great customer service

The staff in the Liverpool Edge Lane Store were extremely friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again. We struggled at the Speke store basically not receiving any help at all so we left and returned to the Edge Lane store where we found what we were looking for

The lady who served us was amazing so helpful and informative and friendly and so where the rest of the staff would recommend edge lane store. Even the two delivery men where polite and very professional

Good quality divan with wheels. What I was looking for. Just a plain divan base but happy with purchase. Good communication re delivery. On time. Would recommend. 2nd purchase from this company.

Time will tell if a good mattress initially very good

We went to Dreams on Edge Lane and we were greeted by a lovely salesperson (Jen).
She was really informative and made the choosing of our mattress and bed base really easy. No pressure whatsoever.
We would certainly recommend this store.

Bought a mattress some months ago also two pillows which we got half price because they were used in store. The pillows we were told were the best for us. They are actually like bricks and gave us bad neck pain so we do it use them. They won’t refund us as they have been used ironic as we bought them as used £150 wasted. The mattress is different from the one we tested in store it’s much firmer. We complained and dreams sent an independent guy to check it 2 weeks ago. He says there is nothing wrong with the mattress but our complaint is not unusual. The one in the shop may have been softer. No word from dreams.

It is a very customer friendly and cooperative team. I really like the way they tear their customers. And the delivery was awesome it’s on time and they install it very professionally.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and the 2 men who delivered it were also friendly and very knowledgeable
