The staff were friendly and helpful and we found our ideal mattress quickly, although we were given as long as we liked to look round.

It was a very good experience as they talked to us to get a very possible solution to get a very comfortable bed.

I ordered a double bed in Denim navy colour at a discounted price for my son after he came back home finished his university course. With love and attention to details I read all the reviews and looked around until I got confident that the best quality for the price was my purchase from Dreams. The delivery was prompt as arranged, the manual was easy to read and the outcome was a very successful and beautifully looking double bed. The textile is good quality, lovely denim colour and the stiches are precise as well. The bed is very comfortable and big enough for two average size persons.Thank you!

Hassle free experience, the assistant went beyond to make sure the bed was the best option for us and within the budget we stated. Also sorted the finance quickly.

When we walked in the sales lady asked us if we needed any help which we did we picked the bed but was not sure on the mattress so she gave us a price for the bed and both mattresses. Very helpful

I was served by a knowledgeable, helpful and friendly young lady. She gave me an estimated date for delivery which in the event turned out to be sooner than expected. The delivery guys were friendly and professional. Alls good.

I attended the Dreams store in Newport Isle of Wight. I wanted a headboard and when I arrived I was met by Jade who came towards me with a big smile and a pleasant g
"Good morning, how can I help you" I have to say she was brilliant. Knowledgeable, informative, helpful and she certainly knew her stock. I gave her my requirements and I was sitting down putting in an order within 10 minutes. Left the store very happy with the experience, so much so that I rang the store later that day to speak to the manager to let the manager know how great Jade was. I wasn't able to speak to himas he was busy but was informed that I would get a call from him probably the next day. Sadly to date I have not had a call, yhthough i may have missed it on my mobile or thought it was a scam as no identifiable name. Even so, they do have my email address.
The lack of contact by the manager is very disappointing but does not detract away from my brilliant experience with Jade. I would really like her to have this positive response put on her work record. Well done her.
