I purchased a new bed and frame and my experience at Dreams was second to none.
The staff were so helpful and had the time to make sure the product chosen was right for me.
The price was very competitive and i am very happy with the outcome.
The delivery team were great and very helpful.

I was looking for a bed and mattress on Monday 18th may in Ipswich Dreams store, Ginny was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about everything gave me good advice, I’m disabled so she was very patient with me. Went above and beyond! Very down to earth and put me at ease as I am extremely nervous dealing with people I don’t know, my family were with me for extra support and Ginny also made them very welcome. I was trying to leave a review for her to be awarded perks and prizes and I hope this helps as I could not find anywhere else.

If you’re in the market for a new mattress, Carol is the lady you need to look out for. Superb knowledge, wicked sense of humour, and down to earth nature. Could not fault her service. As a couple of mattress-buying-novices, we found the options overwhelming initially. However, Carol gently guided us through the process, giving us all the information to make the right decisions for us. I’ve been singing her praises to friends and family ever since. Thanks again!

One of the best things about the experience of purchasing with Dreams was having a store in the local area. I was able to go in and look at the variety of beds available in the store, try out the various matresses, and their Sleep Match device in store helped greatly in picking the right matress for me. The in-store team were incredibly friendly and helpful, the delivery team were excellent too.

All-in-all the whole experience was very simple, and it was easy to get advice along the way. Would definitely recommend to others and will be back if I have any future requirements.
