Just Brilliant.
Welcoming staff and I wasn't rushed into choosing a mattress. Delivery was to suit me and it arrived on time. I have had much better nights sleep ever since it arrived. I wished I'd got one sooner and would highly recommend Dreams in Horsham.

Went into the Horsham Dreams store…
Went into the Horsham Dreams store looking for a mattress, after we had first been into another bed shop in the town, where the service was atrocious, the saleswoman was disinterested, and the products were way overpriced. In Dreams, we were greeted by Kerryn who looked after us throughout. She was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and the level of service she provided was excellent, exactly as it should be but is sadly very rarely experienced these days anywhere. In future, we will always go to Dreams and will recommend it to everyone - and tell them to look out for Kerryn especially!

Peace of mind and great experience.
The staff is very welcoming, listened to my needs and offered various options, for choice but also to ensure I was 100% happy with my choice. Not pushing for the sale, they allowed me to take my time, try and I took a day to think about it before buying. Very satisfied with the whole experience

HAPPY DREAMS
After having our Tempur mattress for 15years it was time for a change.
We went to your Horsham branch and purchased our new Tempur with advice from the staff which we found very helpful.
The new mattress and pillows are excellent and a good night's sleep is brilliant.

We felt welcomed on arrival
We felt welcomed on arrival. The staff were not pushy and made time for us. Ben, who served us was most knowledgeable and a real credit to the team. Excellent, careful delivery staff too.
We are delighted with the Tempur mattress and would definitely recommend the Horsham store.

the hands on experience from beginning…
The hands on experience from beginning to the end we were met with a smile a welcome and part of a plan to get a mattress that was just write for me i felt special and listened to. The experience began on the bed that measures and calculates how you sleep and weight and comfort great massager as well,then no expense in time was spent showing me a few beds which i tried out until i was satisfied with the outcome even a cup of coffee while i was considering,the patience and time i was very grateful for.Thank you.

Double Ottoman bed
had a great experience at dreams wanted to buy a double bed for my daughter. The assistant in the shop was incredibly helpful when choosing the bed and mattress. Very quick delivery all went very smooth. Daughter is very happy with her double bed. excellent experience.

I'm very pleased with my new bed and mattress, quilt and pillows, all are very comfortable from Dreams in Horsham.
