Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Delivery instructions were clear and we were kept informed at all times. The delivery men covered their shoes at the front door and took away the old bed and set up the new one with no fuss.

We took a while to make our decision in store with several options presented to us, but your staff were exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Our questions were answered satisfactorily. Delivery was excellent.
Highly recommend Hereford Dreams.

The staff were extremely helpful
The staff were extremely helpful. We weren’t rushed into a decision and we felt that they had all the time in the world for us. We were given a good deal on extra bedding and a cup of coffee thrown in.

Accurate computerised measurement.
Their computer system measured me and suggested a few beds. The first one suggested was perfect! I was impressed, although it wasn't cheap.

Best Customer Service
Was greeted and served by the lovely Lorna who assisted my mum with what mattress would best suit her needs and for the best price. Lorna was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions regarding pricing, delivery dates, installment plan options etc. Both my mother and I agreed that it was the best customer service that we've ever experienced - thank you to all of the staff there 😊

Amazing king size mattress and great service!
Amazing king size mattress! I'd say I picked one about mid price range, and I wasn't disappointed. It was a medium firmness and is just fabulous. Everything was very straight forward - I went in to the Herford store and a very professional but friendly lady looked after me. I went on their mattress machine which works out which one is best for you, then tried a few, paid for it, and I received it a few weeks later. The two chaps who delivered it were on time and very courteous. All in all, a perfect service - thanks!

Good experience from store to delivery
Good experience in the store. Useful computer assessment on type of mattress best suited to me. Helpful staff, no pressure felt to buy. Made it easy to choose the right one for me. Arrived on time. Delivery people came prepared with indoor shoes to change into. Took them no time to place mattress on bedstead and remove packaging. Very efficient.
