Our experience was made great my one of your staff members at the Hayes branch (Bridge Retail Park) he helped us through the process of choosing the right bed for my mum. He was very informative and his friendly manner was greatly appreciated. The bed is fantastic in all an excellent experience.

This is worst place to shop
This is worst place to shop. I purchased a mattress from Dreams Hays store and was delivered with extremely strong chemical smell. Calling back the store they just asked me to call customer services. After waits 45 minutes on hold spoke to CS agent who just said nothing she can do and asked to wait three week and call us back if the smell is still there. I told her that I am worried about the chemical smell that might be dangerous, she just said not much she can do. It has been a nightmare

2 bed purchase hayes branch
We bought two beds for our recent house move. Both beds are extremely comfortable. The sales team at Hayes were excellent especially Ivona. She helped us the minute we walked into the store. And made sure we were happy with out purchase. The delivery men were also brilliant.

Good nights sleep
We only popped into Dreams on the off chance. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Mattress we bought is good quality and very comfortable.

Poor service
The delivery team were shocking, not only did they deliver the both mattresses to the wrong address, but when i rang to say its not delivered and I've been waiting, they insisted i was in the wrong and told me how pictures were taken as proof. I insisted i knew my own address and that they've made a error and that someone else had 2 new mattresses. They then gave me a unknown length of time to go retrieve them. I was in 2 minds weather to accept them as someone else had them for a unknown length of time and was annoyed as i was made late for my next work meeting, they could see this and not once for they apologise and just said "mistakes happen", "do you want them or not" that was there approach, when they have 1 job to do but can't even get that right
