Terrible experience the mattress was faulty and had to be sent back they then had to collect the mattress before they would refund on the faulty mattress which left us with our a mattress until we could purchase a new one and had to purchase a cheap mattress until we could choose a better mattress from Furniture village.

Delivery very prompt and in good time service in store was excellent and new mattress is great 😊

The store is right next door bensons beds. I am disabled and a motability scooter . 🛵 Bensons never made a move to come and open the door went down to dreams they come and helped with the door. They greeted us and then discussed what we were looking for . They said was the first thing was to put us on the sleep machine . Well it was so comfy I fell asleep. Well done . This gave us the type of mattress we needed. I didn’t want another memory foam one , so he showed us a lovely sprung one. We purchased these .The process was easy polite and we bought as welll mattress insurance,and an ultimate topper, and a mattress protector. He was so kind and polite they offered us a coffee. The whole process was lovely and I would recommend the shop in Gloucester to any one.The delivery was great and they helped put the mattress es in the bags and then they put the new mattresses on the bed . This was so kind and helpful again making the whole process nice and no stress.

The bed and mattress is comfy but the tempur pllows are hard and heavy cant use

I liked the fact that there was no pressure sales. The sales assistant was very helpful and able to advise me on the best mattress for my needs. He made himself available for any help I may need.

The manager at Gloucester is exceptional, with a very customer centric attitude, and he has a good team.
