Best In Class - Dreams Enfield
I had a brilliant experience at Dreams Enfield. From start to finish, I have felt comfortable and reassured about the choice I had to make to reach the best option for my new bed for my new renovated room.
But even more than this, the customer service was simply top draw. A man called Samuel provided me what I would describe as ‘best in class’ customer service. Offering me a drink as I walked In (never had this done before!), background knowledge about the beds and mattresses as well as, doing it all with a smile on his face. This is what heart of customer service, so a big kudos to Dreams Enfield for having someone as amazing as Samuel.

From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and showed around and been explained everything promptly. Andrew was knowledgeable about both the bed and mattress, offering perfect pairing suggestions. The delivery dates came out to be perfect for us and exceeded our expectations Andrew was really creative , and generous portions. The team was really welcoming and gave me and my wife an outstanding service. Will definitely be returning soon!

I was assisted by a great team, although it took a while to make the purchase decision, it was flawless to the end. I am enjoying my sleep a lot better than before.
Plus the Bed is aesthetically pleasing to the eye... matches my existing furniture. The delivery operatives were so professional. Delivered & assembled on time. I am Truely Elated Thank you! From a DREAM to a Beautiful Reality!

Great service
Very knowledgeable sales assistant, Not at all pushy. He was very helpful and after I used the Sleepmatch machine, he advised me of the best mattresses suitable for me and within my budget. Great service and competitive prices. Recommended.

Dreams gives you confidence that you have made the right purchase.
Professional, knowledgeable staff and the Sleepmatch machine provided a valuable insight into what product was the most suitable. Takes the angst out of deciding on a long term buy. I felt confident I had made the right choice.

First sofa bed bought at Dreams.
Love the sofa bed (show cased item/one fault listed/one fault discovered) but given great discount. Very lovely service at shop by Debbie (I think).
One advice...when delivering, especially to flats, can find urination in lifts so need to keep all items wrapped until in home. Delivery people need to understand and accommodate this! Thank you
