Delivery team were excellent. Took great care when taking away old divan base and bringing through the new beds. Would recommend installation service.

So far so good
Our Prescot SK mattress was delivered on 20th September. So far it hasn't disappointed very comfortable but not even slept on it for 30 days. I hope it remains as comfortable.

The delivery was on time and on the date requested. The Delivery men were perfect throughout.

So far,so good
So far,so good. We have bought a double bed and mattress for our guest room, with some discounts thrown in, as it was a Bank Holiday deal. Our assistant, Andrea, was great. She walked and talked us round the store, encouraged us to lie down, with a comfy pillow, on different mattresses and gave us her professional and no nonsense advice. We are looking forward to the delivery now with professionals putting the bed together.

Andrea was brilliant. Very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase and an emphasis and purchasing what was right for us. All of the staff we came across were very welcoming.

Fantastic experience at dreams recently, with the highlight being Andrea, and her friendliness/support in finding my first mattress/bed - she made the difference! Would recommend the service for first or second time buyers as the team were friendly, approachable and broke everything apart so that I understood what I was buying. An extremely quick delivery service was the cherry on top!

Nice clean showroom friendly staff. I haven't bought a new bed in years. But come away purchasing a ks bed and mattress. Delivered within a week. We did pay extra for assembly, but they took our old bed away free of charge. Can't complain about anything. From time we stepped into showroom until leaving. Also very pleased with our purchase
