Yesterday evening after a long bank holiday monday of unsuccessful mattress shopping we decided to give it one last go. We were greeted at the burton store by Karl, after a wander round and a lack of motivation on our part, Karl asked us if we would like to see what the sleep match software recommended and go from there. We tried several matresses based on those results and honestly, they were pretty great! After realising most of these were out of our budget Karl was able to find us our perfect matress to suit our budget with the weekends discounts and that was with pillows too! Thank you Karl for being so helpful, not at all pushy for the higher priced products (as per the other shops we had been too), and spending the time to make sure we had what we needed, and for the water too! You were a breath of fresh air after the day shopping we had had. I sincerly hope your outstanding service is recognised by the company. Thanks again!

Excellent service in the shop. Assistant (Karl) had very good knowledge of the product and was not pushy, allowed plenty of time and space to allow me to make my mind up. Delivery was very good - as requested and in time frame that I was advised of the evening before. Delivery team were polite and wore shoe protectors. All round a good experience and a good price. Recommended.

We bought a bed when we visited. The salesperson James was very welcoming and friendly and had good knowledge of what was available.

Good experience lovely customer service. All my questions were answered officially and politely. I have dyslexia and Karl made sure to help me even with my dyslexia. So polite kind and friendly! Made my day offered me drinks. I thought I’d have a harder time ordering my bed in the box but it was easy and stress free. Thank you karl for helping me 😊

Very helpful team at DREAMS Burton. The mattresses are expensive but much better quality and will last longer.

I was in the Burton on Trent store today and had a brilliant shopping experience. The shop was well set out and very clean and presentable. The staff were amazing, both James and Leanne were so professional, tentative and friendly. Before going to Dreams we had looked at going to other shops but we wanted to buy local. After visiting the store and meeting the staff we were never going to buy from someone else. James was exceptionally friendly and linked up with Leanne they were a great team offering us sensible options and showing us alternatives. We were so pleased that we bought a quilt and pillow along with the mattress.

Very impressed on recent visit to local Dreams store.Knowledgeable salesperson, enjoyed use of technology to narrow down choice, much better than bouncing up and down on the edge of lots of beds and forgetting which one was the best!

I had a great experience at Dreams Burton. Store colleague Charlotte provided excellent customer service and she had a great product knowledge. I was offered a drink on arrival and during the process, I accepted a bottle of water which was great. The whole process from order, delivery and assembly was seamless, the delivery drivers kept me updated on their arrival times which was a nice touch.

We used the sleepmatch machine to help us to choose which mattress was suitable for us.We tried all of the mattresses recommended, and then chose the one most comfortable,before we chose a bed.The staff were very helpful and courteous and went through everything with us. The delivery arrived early on the day we chose and the delivery team were very careful not to damage anything. They removed their shoes and placed the bed and mattress in the bedroom. It was easy to assemble with the instructions provided and we are very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dreams .

Been let down twice by other companies to get me a bed in time before Christmas went in store showed me some beds found one I liked witch also had a nice sale on and did delivery same week bed arrived on time and looks even better then I even thought thank you
