We have two beds delivered with our…
We have two beds delivered with our second bed come with a mattress,which I was told by HO must be collected within a green bag which is supplied which £55 was paid otherwise would not collected,on the arrival of mattress and collection of old mattress the drives said we don't bother with that but there van was full of green bags,it was there last delivery and there service was not as good as first delivery or colleagues at store

A very helpful service to guide me to what I need
All I knew is I needed a new mattress. The range of options has certainly expanded since I bought my last one over 20 years ago. No panic, a seamless service helped direct me to the mattress I need and Debbie was very helpful is sorting me out. There were some additional expenses for add-ons (e.g. existing mattress removal), but these were explained and I always had the option to leave the store if I thought I was being fleeced; but the cost of the add-ones vs the cost of doing-it-for-myself seemed reasonable as a retired, disabled pensioner. All in all I was happy with the service, my purchase and the overall cost.

Very helpful staff in store (Blackpool)…
Very helpful staff in store (Blackpool) when choosing my bed and the delivery guys couldn't have done more if they tried. Took all packaging away too saving me a trip to the tip.

The delivery arrived on time
The delivery arrived on time. The delivery men were quick and efficient and assembled thx bed jn less than 20 min. They were clean and polite. The bed is in good condition and although not quite as comfortable, slatted base against divan base, it is satisfactory. Looks good.
