Dreams - Blackburn Omdömen 

Visited dreams Blackburn on Monday and was amazed by the customer service I received from Declan. He was with me throughout my time in store and answered all my questions to the finest detail. I'm highly satisfied with my purchase and really want to thank Declan for his knowledge and time, he's a real asset to the company.

We had a good experience from start to finish without the hard sell which suits me fine.

We purchased a new mattress on Thursday 4th November and the Store manager Inny was very helpful
and obliging and not pushing us to make a sale. Our complaint is about the Company not the sales staff.

No phone contact on Sunday despite the store being open on Sundays . We wanted to discuss with them to take our old mattress away. We are not impressed with Dreams as a Company.

The staff (Declan) was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of help choosing the right bed

Salesperson was great, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Explained all the different features and was very patient as we kept going backwards and forwards trying to decide which bed/mattress to go for

Was seen by a member of staff right away went on the sleep master mattress to find out what hardness of mattress and then tested them kind of mattresses and found that the first one we tried was the one for us. Then chose a bed and was all done very quick perfect

Colleagues were very knowledgeable, the sleep match machine was a great help and everyone was friendly and polite. Thank you to all staff who helped and advised us!

Popped into my local store for the first time. I was feeling sceptical as I desperately needed to find a good mattress for health reasons. The salesman was very compassionate and professional. I was asked many questions then taken to the 'Sleepmatch bed'. This was a fascinating and educational techno experience which mapped out my body and sleeping positions. After sampling many mattresses I was offered a coffee whilst I decided. Yes, I did choose one and I left the store feeling jubilant and of course looking forward to many heavenly nights sleeps.

Great customer service. Loved the machine which measured our sleeping postures & spinal pressures which then told us which mattresses would be best & to be honest since our bed was delivered we have never slept so well. Even though we payed for a high end mattress you can't put a cost of a goods nights sleep.

Staff was very attentive, full knowledge what they are doing,can't fault it

A few weeks ago I bought a Therapur Actigel Glacier 3600 mattress and was really impressed with Dreams Blackburn branch.
Sadly I have really struggled with this mattress due to long standing back problem so popped in and had a chat with the manager Inny who offered superb advice and I arranged to go in and spend time trying different mattresses.
We went back to the Blackburn branch and Sully helped us throughout the morning giving advice on a variety of mattresses that finally enabled us to choose a new mattress that met my needs.
A comfort exchange was arranged and agreed the next day along with a delivery and collection date.
Massive big thank you to Inny, Sully and all the staff at the Blackburn branch for going above and beyond.

Highly recommend Dreams, Blackburn.

I was greeted with a smile by Soly who took me to 'sleep match' designed test my preference to suit my sleeping habits/positions.

Having established which beds would be suitable, Soly took me round suitable beds.

He understood that I needed a bed ASAP and so, he discussed the available options for me over a hot chocolate.

His customer service was second to none and if you go into Dreams Blackburn, I'd suggest you ask for Soly to get the job done!

In terms of delivery, it was quick and easy. Chris and Callum were great. (I think that was their names)

The bed was delivered on time, we had a phone call 30 mins before delivery time to say when they would be with us. The delivery men walked the route in the house and moved anything that might be in the way of delivery of the bed to the bedroom, they removed the old bed. One nice touch was when entering the house they put plastic feet protectors over their shoes to protect our carpets from marks, they were very friendly and helpful and could answer any questions we had. The delivery team were just as professional and helpful as the Dreams department we bought the bed from in Blackburn.
