Dream Doors Ltd Omdömen

At the initial stages, Alex (Manager, Norwich), gave us expert and friendly help in deciding what we wanted. No pressure to upsell and very helpful. We had Josh and Alex (a different Alex) come to install and fit everything who worked very efficiently and with professionalism. We are extremely pleased with how our kitchen now looks. The quality is excellent.

We used Dream Doors Bicester and Banbury. We are very impressed. From day 1, Phil and Sarah were friendly, flexible and care deeply about both the quality of their product and the customer. From design to snagging, we were impressed with their ownership. Jason, our installer, was great and friendly. There were a few small issues, as expected, but they were dealt with. Having used much larger companies, this small franchise was so much better and their ownership throughout made it an excellently-managed service. We'd use them again but no for a while as we're so happy with our replacement kitchen.

The fitters told me a time they would start and they were there. They worked very hard and finished on time. They cleared up each day and respected my property. They were courteous and polite. The product is good and I have recommended Dream Doors to other people.
The only issue(I experienced) is that not everyone has the product knowledge when ordering the electrical items to accompany the installation. Manufacturers (quoted) dimensions are not always logically specific when you order. Do get Dream Doors to ratify the purchases before placing orders.

Apart from the cabinets being in the right place, I hated my kitchen.
Dreams kitchens offered so much more than doors and worktops this coupled with Luke making suggestions after listening to my hates and ideas, a plan and quote was produced for our consideration.
There was no pushy sales tactics and we were able to refine details on our visits to the showroom.
The installation was booked to suit us and communication was generally good. The team on site were friendly and efficient, all waste was quickly taken away. We did need one replacement door but this was replaced within a few days.

Although we have had our kitchen done 7 years ago we called in the Crayford Kent branch & Sam & Adul were extremely helpful & they sent Billy round to sort out a few minor problems absolutely first class service & would highly recommend

Excellent range of options, all of high quality. No pressure selling. Installation was efficient, perfect workmanship by experienced craftsman. A great company to deal with.

Staff in Glasgow Jordanhill Showroom are friendly ,helpful, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.
Ive had a fantastic experience with everyone concerned ,from visit to showroom, visit to my house for advice, paulo the joiner who fitted my worktop and splashbacks, the plumber who assisted and the follow through with David who came to view the work and assist with a small isuue that has arisen. This is already being attended to.
Would recommend Dream Doors to anyone thinking of a new kitchen or a kitchen makeover.. Excellent Company. Rosemary McCann

Dream doors Canterbury were fantastic to work with, from Ian the Showroom Manger who was very helpful with different woods and colours etc; Simon who was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and lastly Archie who is a professional fitter, so glad we picked this company to do our work.

Lovely staff. So helpful, every step of way. Couldn’t fault the fitter Tony, lovely man. Our kitchen looks amazing. Thankyou

Great service, helpful and knowledgeable. Great kitchen worktop.

From start to finish Dream doors Canterbury were friendly, professional and helpful. The finished kitchen is like a brand new one at a fraction of the price. Michael and Archie were excellent tradesmen and went the extra mile in realligning the cabinets and overcoming the obstacles that always pop up on any installation. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and recommend Dream doors Canterbury.

Excellent customer service, from visiting the showroom to job completion. Helped with choosing replacement doors for our wardrobes, with hint/tips on colour choice to suit the room type and decor.

Quality work completed, from replacement doors and new dressing table in bedroom 1 and new wardrobes, with sliding doors in bedroom 2. The workmanship was quality, also, the respect they have during the work, I.e. covering carpets, and leaving no mess.
Highly recommend.👌🏻

The whole process from first visit to completion met all our expectations

All was great from initial interest to completion of job . Very happy with workmen on the day and loved the end result

Where do I start ,the first install date was 2nd March acutally started on the 7th April. Fitter arrives asked me what he had to do.he then asked where are the doors I dont know was my reply he then had to drive bavk to Ware to collect them. When he unpacked them he found there was two doors short so still the job not completed, I phonef the shop was promised the shop would phone me back,of course they did not. Iwould not recomend this company to any body.
