Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. I ordered a voucher for a friend’s birthday in Dubai. I was sent an invoice (#853) and a receipt, and the money was taken from my account, but I never received the voucher. I have sent some emails, and they have all been ignored.
DO NOT use this company - they are just ripping people off.

We sent the voucher to you instantly and replied to your mails as well. But i guess the email server from your end may have either blocked our incoming emails or the email has landed in the spam or junk. Please do give us an alternative email id so we could resend the voucher.

Did not respond when the voucher needed to be used. Upon purchasing many promises are made but when it came to booking and redeeming the voucher , there was no proper communication. All of the 3rd party providers that dreamdubai deals with are just as useless.

I'm not sure if you have reviewed the correct company. Will you be able to share the copy of your voucher to have an understanding of the issue if it was from us.
Ripped off. No refund, no communication
We ordered a couple of vouchers for a restaurant in Dubai. The company withdrew the vouchers but didn't notify us. We only discovered that we could not use it when we came to book.
After some back and forth DreamDays have acknowledged that they owe us the money but are now ignoring our communications to get the refund.
They have taken our money and have not provided a product. Disgraceful.
You'll notice there are no very recent reviews here. They are very poor and have taken our money for nothing. Do no use as if you have a problem your money is gone. They will not answer your messages or e-mails in the hope you will go away.
EDIT: after nearly 4 months, dozens of emails and messages, lotsof chasing, a complaint here, a complaint on Facebook and Twitter, Dreamdays have refunded us.
It's a shame we've had this experience as they are one of the few companies that offer the experience type products in the UAE.
