Après avoir réceptionné mes 3 pièces de "insulated serving dishes" commandé le 22/5/2018, j'étais contente car je me suis contente de la bonne communication, de la rapidité de livraison et puis du design parfait . Il s'agit ici des serving dishes de 7 à 10 l donc des plats qu'on n' utilise pas tous les jours. ils étaient superposés et bien emballés , j'ai regardés les plus grands et j'ai donné une bonne évaluation sur ebay. En date du l 28/7/2018 c'était je jour j . J'étais déçue de constater des traces de liquides non séchés avant le rangement pour le deuxième serving dishe, et que le plus petit avait deux fentes symétriques de plus 3 centimètres , à l'intérieur juste en dessous des bords inférieurs, mais sans laisser voir la couche subjacentes. Je pensais à un défaut d'usine ou corrosion enfoncée! J'avais émis le doute sur la bonne fois du vendeur et vue le temps passé entre la commande et le constat, j'avais donné 3 étoiles sans une discussion préalable avec le vendeur. Ce dernier a réagit à mon évaluation dans un langage poli, après avoir visualisé les photos que j'e lui ai envoyé, il promet de remplacer le plat abîmé J'attends. Cela mérite 5 étoiles., c'est pour cette raison que j viens de modifier mon évaluation de décevant à excellent. Je recommande.

Buyers Beware....
First and foremost I will ignore any reply from Down to Science as I have already had extensive email communication from this company and also spoken to them directly: they were RUDE to say the least and took the attitude: " well if you don't like it, tough, we will cancel your order ! ".
I placed an order, only to receive an email saying they could not fulfil part of my order as they had no stock,so basically advertising goods that they do not have to sell was the first issue.
Secondly I paid an extra fee for Next Day Delivery.
During communication with DTS it transpired that in order to get Next Day Delivery you have to place an order before 3pm: This is not mentioned whatsoever on their web-site - so as my order was placed at 3:17pm on a Thursday, I would not in fact get my "next day delivery" that I had extra paid for until the following Monday!
Finally, once I asked to cancel the order and requested a full refund I had to endure a lengthy ping pong email Battle with DTS as they made numerous "partial refunds" and then, astonishingly, expected to keep, and not refund the P & P chargers for an order that not even been dispatched, until I mentioned that I would contact Paypal regards this.

There is no excuse for such appalling Customer Service, selling goods that do not exist, charging extra for Next Day Delivery when in fact you have to wait 4 days for it to arrive, do not have transparency on thier web-site regards ordering timelines,and finally to treat customers with such contempt: shame on you DTS !!

I give this 1 star as the bathroom set i got was flimsy and the soap dispenser didnt screw together properly therefore not useable. The site asked me to send photos which i did and got no response back

My item was delivered quickly, well packed for transit and even better than described. Saying I'm very pleased with the entire experience doesn't quite go far enough towards describing my satisfaction. A few months on I still love my item and would not hesitate to buy again from DTS.

Attractive but with faults ! The set of kitchen items have a real look of quality and strength to them. A really lovely shade of mint green which complemented my new grey kitchen very well indeed. However, there were a couple of negative issues. The mug tree is a very poor design. Mine was actually badly dented on arrival, despite robust protective packaging. So it must have been damaged prior to packing. I contacted DTS but they wanted to blame the courier, which I thought very unfair. The mug tree itself is a very poor design. Six short straight arms which barely hold the average cup, let alone mugs. Being straight, the cups fall off, as there is little to prevent this happening. So NO stars for the mug holder! The kettle is a very attractive, sturdy item. Sadly, owing to the design of the handle, it frequently causes minor scalds from the rear of the kettle. So beware! A pity that otherwise excellent products / items do not appear to have been tested in daily use in a normal kitchen or surely these design faults would have been rectified before marketing the items? Sorry for appearing negative but this was a very expensive set ( £89.99 ) compared with other identical items on eBay and I would not recommend nor purchase again.
