Handy gekauft und bezahlt. Wurde dann bei ihnen teurer und ich wurde aufgefordert den Kauf zu Stornieren. Habe ich nicht gemacht, weil es dann ca. 25 Euro teurer war. Ware nach 3 Wochen immer noch nicht geliefert. Ist ein Geburtstagsgeschenk. Mehrfach angeschrieben, daß sie einen Nachforschungsantrag stellen sollen. Bis heute nicht geschehen. Den Doogee Store kann ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Sehr schlechter Service. So etwas sollte seine Waren nicht in der EU vertreiben dürfen. Frechheit. Meine Note glatte 6.

Ni batería. Ni encendido. Ni nada bien. Ahora Ni hay repuestos de batería y ya no carga nada. No tiene ni dos años y muerta la tablet prácticamente sin uso.

Horrible, compre un telefono, pague extra para que me llegue entre 3 a 6 días, ya pasaron 5 dias y aun no me lo envian, que incompetentes, trate de comunicarme con atención al cliente pero solo me mandan de un lugar a otro,

I bought one of their phones, it arrived quickly and as described. I did have some problems with the phone and a few problems with Doogee but they came very good in the end and I would definitely but from them again.

Terrible company AVOID. Product (tablet), ceased working after being used 3 times , will not refund for faulty goods. Or fix . Experience has been awful. Have been emailing since Feb until now April . Do not believe this company. They have no credibility

Mi sono fatto truffare dalla pubblicità del DOOGEE V MAX PLUS, vista da un sito su Facebook molto ben fatta, solo che accettano il pagamento solo contrassegno, così non puoi controllare che c'è dentro. Quando ho aperto il pacco dentro c'era una radiolina da 5 €.ed io ho pagato 139 euro al Corriere. Mi sono fatto mandare il nome della ditta mittente ma è di Budapest, e sono quelle ditte apri e chiudi, ho segnalato anche alla Polizia Postale. Ma quello che mi dà più fastidio è che Facebook continua imperterrito a dare questa pubblicità, nonostante il mio avviso, RICORDATEVI RAGAZZI CHE SU AMAZON SCONTATO VIENE 369,99€ , naturalmente l' ho preso. RICORDIAMOCI DI FARE ACQUISTI SOLO SU SITI SICURI!!!!!! Adesso insistono su Facebook e hanno abbassato il prezzo a 120€

Ho acquistato in ottobre 2025 un DOOGEE BLADE GT ULTRA. Da subito ho notato per i pagamenti tramite NFC funzionano pochissime volte e a caso, ma la cosa più imbarazzante è stata la pessima qualità delle fotografie. Pur modificando e utilizzando le varie impostazioni, le foto risultano sempre molto sfocate sullo sfondo e un pò più nitide per i primi piano. La fotocamera anteriore funziona quasi meglio di quella posteriore, ma le foto dei panorami sono inguardabili. Inoltre si attivano con semplici sfioramenti e si attivano le app a casaccio. Ma la cosa più brutta è stato il servizio post vendita (in Polonia) dove evidentemente ignorano la normativa europea in caso di riparazione: la legge prevede i costi INTERAMENTE a carico del venditore e non solo la restituzione(con riparazione) ma nel mio caso avevo chiesto la sostituzione dell'oggetto, considerando i numerosi difetti riscontrati. Sostituzione che mi è stata negata.

Ho acquistato un Doogee V40 Pro e purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata estremamente negativa.

Fin dai primi mesi il telefono ha iniziato a presentare numerosi problemi:
• spegnimenti improvvisi
• riavvii casuali
• applicazioni che si bloccano continuamente
• sistema molto lento e instabile
• il display posteriore quasi inutilizzabile perché non risponde bene al tocco

Il telefono è diventato praticamente inutilizzabile.

Il problema però non è solo il dispositivo, ma soprattutto l’assistenza clienti, che è stata una delle peggiori esperienze che abbia mai avuto.
Per settimane ho cercato di contattarli via email e ho ricevuto solo risposte automatiche o sempre le stesse frasi, senza una vera soluzione.

Nonostante il telefono sia ancora in garanzia (e io abbia anche pagato un’estensione di garanzia di 2 anni), inizialmente si sono rifiutati di offrire un rimborso, proponendo solo sostituzione o riparazione dopo settimane di silenzio.

È stato necessario arrivare a contattare il Centro Europeo dei Consumatori per cercare di ottenere assistenza.

Onestamente, dopo questa esperienza, non comprerei mai più un prodotto Doogee.
Un prodotto può anche avere difetti, ma quello che fa davvero la differenza è il servizio clienti — e in questo caso è stato pessimo.

Ok this isn't even about the product. This is about the fact that the instruction manual is so tiny that I can't even read it with a magnifying glass. RUDE!

I bought a Doogee phone and was very impressed with its build and quality. It was on the heavy side, but it was solid and well-constructed. The phone was good for a few months, with a long-lasting battery.

However, I left my phone on for a few days and used my Samsung phone. The battery died. It would not recharge. I have tried everything suggested on the internet, but after many attempts, I have given up. Apparerntly this is a common fault with Doogee phones. i found out later on the internet. great !! I bought a phone for £200 that is absolutely useless now because it will not recharge the battery. Big fault with Doogee phones. Not recommended.

Ne surtout pas acheter cette marque acheter il y a 6 mois un V-max plus il et déjà en panne et sav inexistant

Le téléphone doogee N55 un très bon téléphone que j'ai acheté il ya 1 an il m'a jamais vraiment fait des problèmes hyper fluide, pas cher, 128 giga mais dernièrement le connecteur du chargeur s'est cassé mais seul gros défaut leurs pièces détachées de leur marque doogee est inaccessible en Europe seulement en commande depuis l'Asie, beaucoup de réparateurs m'ont expliqué pour cette marque c'est extrêmement difficile pour réparer le téléphone de cette marque car les pièces de rechanges de doogee est difficile à obtenir malheureusement depuis bientôt une semaine mon connecteur de recharge est entrain de se faire réparer, la marque doogee doit mettre à disposition ces pièces de rechanges et de réparation en Europe y compris en France, les autres marques c'est plutôt simple mais avec doogee malheureusement c'est trop compliqué.

Buyer be warned:
After months dealing with Doogee, I strongly advise caution, especially if you expect warranty support to mean anything.

I bought a Doogee V31GT with extended warranty. It had a screen defect from early on and later developed a charging/data port failure. When I returned it under warranty, I had to pay international shipping myself. Despite Doogee’s stated 14–45 day repair timeframe, my phone was held for months with vague, conflicting explanations about where it was and what was happening.

Communication was poor and repetitive, with key points ignored — including the fact the device contained important personal data.

I was eventually pushed into a paid “upgrade” that was represented as US$150, but I was charged significantly more, including for add-ons I did not trust or meaningfully agree to.

To make matters worse, the replacement phone was stopped by New Zealand Customs due to Doogee declaring an incorrect value, triggering an importer licence requirement — entirely their error.

As of now, I have received neither a usable replacement nor a refund. The original phone is still unusable. The extended warranty was meaningless. I would not buy from Doogee again.

Am 17 Dez.2025 ein Tablett bestellt. Lieferzeit laut Webseite 10Tage. Bis heute (16.02.26) ist kein Tablett gekommen. E-Mail kontakt ist misserabel. Heute haben Sie mir eine alternative Angeboten , weil das bestellte nicht lieferbar ist. Die alternative ist zwar laut Webseite vorhanden aber laut E-Mail steht diese in Deutschland nicht zur verfügung.
Doogee mag zwar billiger sein aber wenn man bie Bestellte Ware nicht bekommt zahlt man doppelt plus Ärger

Das Tablet hängt öfters und es ist auch gar nicht so leistungsstark wie es beschrieben wird, es kann nicht mal ein einfaches Spiel flüssig abspielen oder ich kann es einfach gar nicht mehr entsperren und ein und ausschalten funktioniert dann dementsprechend auch nicht. Das Tablet kann man dann den ganzen Tag einfach nicht mehr benutzen!! Der Verkäufer selbst meldet sich einfach gar nicht mehr zurück totale Geldverschwendung.

Mein Doogee S200X ist perfekt für meinen Einsatz auf Fahrrad und Motorrad. Gps Modus kann locker den ganzen Tag genutzt werden. Die Kamera macht hervorragende Bilder. Mit 512 GB mit Speicher völlig ausreichend.
