Beware what you purchase from this company I ordered their little 'handmade' mouse because of the picture of it. It arrived and was shoddy, looked nothing like a mouse or indeed their picture. It took a long time to get a refund! I was offered 50% then 70% and although I refused I had to finally get a refund from PayPal and I suppose they will deal with them. The company has many names, many emails and at the end of the day they hope you will go away. Find another supplier.

Item is a not what was pictured. They do not work and are not the size they are supposed to be! DO NOT order from these crooks!

The eyebrow shaper tool depth is not as shown in the video. It only does solid lines. It does not do the job at all. I bought two, complete waste of money.

I had ordered a Drain Surge and paid with Debit CArd. I did not receive an order confirmation nor a time of delivery. They don't answer my e-mails. It has still not be delivered. To be avoided!

I ordered a curling toy and it doesn’t work. It’s cheap and I contacted to return it , and it’s from China I paid 34.90 , and it’s 54 to return. It’s junk. The rep had the nerve to offer me a 10% back . It’s junk and doesn’t work.

As another customer has noted, this company advertise goods, then send poor, tacky facsimiles out to customers, insisting on any returns being sent back to China. That they dont declare this in their Returns Policy is clearly underhand. Banking on apathy from customers who will keep the goods rather than go to the expense of sending half way round the world, despite the item being sent from a third party in UK.

Luckily I was able to produce all the evidence I needed to Paypal, who have refunded me in full.

Treating your customers like idiots is a really strange business practice. Not to mention the woeful reputation you are fostering of items out of China. China was once known for its artistry and quality in all things. Sadly now it is synonymous with cheap, tacky, knock-off goods, with companies demonstrating byzantine customer service designed to make the customer give up.
Net result: they have your money for something worth a fraction of what you've paid for it and have sent you a cheap tacky facsimile of the advertised item that is not cost effective to return. Good way to rake the money in. Shame it's illegal, immoral and just downright indecent. Stop treating your customers like idiots.
I have reported this company to all the business and retail bodies in both UK and China that exist. It will probably go into a black hole, much like a lot of things nowadays with these juggernaut companies, but at least seeing TRUE reviews may give other customers cause to pause and NOT USE this company. They are thieves with no conscience.

I purchased a product from this company via Pinterest. I ordered a detailed working model engine as advertised.

What I received was a poor, crude, resin model with no working details and nothing like the pictures in the advert. I complained and asked for a refund and was told this was only possible if I sent the product back to their warehouse in China at my expense.

I explained that they had not sent me what was advertised - but they still refused to refund me unless I pay for a return to China - very expensive. Interestingly, the package received had a UK address - but that is not valid if I want a refund.

Don't buy from this company - the products they advertise are not what you will receive - I am now chasing a refund via Paypal.
