I traveld to Istambul to have a septoplasty and concha reduction with dr. Ocal. It was an amazing experience, from start to finish! The doctor, the staff, everyone along the line was both extremely professional and approachable, there were constant checkups and amazing communication during the whole time. The recovery was quick and surprisingly painless. Over all, 11 out of 10 times I would recommend Doku clinic and I would absolutely visit them for any future plans!

The service I got was a septorhinoplasty by Dr Engin Ocal, I have never had plastic surgery before so I was nervous but my medical advisor Siban Hamo helped me accordingly throughout the process and gave me all the information I needed , he also remained professional and was happy to help. Dr Engin was very kind and reassured me that everything will be fine he helped me to achieve the results that I wanted and explained what he needed to do to achieve it, he did frequent checks on me after the surgery when I stayed in the doku clinic for one night. When it was cast off day I was very very happy with the results and it was exactly what I wanted, although on this day my nose was bleeding slightly and kept dripping to which I told a staff member via WhatsApp and she expressed concern and told the dr and he rang me and gave frequent check ups before and after the flight.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Doku Clinic Istanbul, Dr. Serkan Aygın, and the entire medical, paramedical, and administrative team, without forgetting anyone, for the outstanding welcome, professionalism, and organization I received during my recent visit.

I visited the clinic for a personalized BBL Hero treatment to remove skin spots, and I was extremely impressed by the attention, expertise, and care I received throughout every stage of the process.

This is the second time we have chosen Doku Clinic. The first time was last April, when my son underwent his first hair transplant. Yesterday, he returned for PRP and exosome treatments, and once again everything was perfect and flawless.

Every member of the team stands out for their kindness, availability, professionalism, and genuine care for patients. From travel arrangements to in-clinic assistance, every detail is handled with the utmost efficiency and attention.

We will gladly return in October for my son's second hair transplant procedure in the vertex area. I would not choose any other clinic because Doku Clinic truly represents excellence in its field.

It was a very professionnel experience which I would highly recommend to anyone who decided to transplant hair...
Everything was done professionally from the first communication with the agent via WhatsApp who sent me documentation /information about the operation and prices... then at the reception by the translator on the first day I came to the clinic then the meeting with Dr. Serkan then the team in charge of the operation then the follow up with the agent who scheduled evey step for you on time... then the follow up with a specialist who guided you on how to apply the lotion and shampoo, additives and who also follow closely with me up on the post operation phase (recovery phase) via WhatsApp and who guided me until the last and best results have been achieved... every milestone in my journey at the clinic was well planned and on professionnel level executed by very friendly and smily staff and this will remain in my best souvenirs...

I have had the best experience with Doku Clinic. I am only 3 days post op but I am so happy with the results of my nose job so far.

Starting with Siban who is the medical advisor that you are first put in touch with - he gave me the run down of the surgery, all the information that was needed, time to think about it and then once I had booked, he answered any questions I had at any time of day - and very quickly! He helped me to feel comfortable and to trust the process. I was able to contact him during my time in turkey too. Thank you for everything Siban! You are so kind and helpful and a reason why I chose Doku.

I chose to go with Engin Ocal for my surgery not just out of the choices at the clinic but out of all the clinics I researched in turkey. I researched a lot of them and chose Engin because of his experience with crooked noses which is what I had. He also has the most natural results out of most surgeons which was very important to me. His results don’t all look the same. I was able to talk through how I wanted my nose to look.

Also, during recovery in the clinic there were many nurses that helped me. I don’t know all their names (sorry!) but everyone was very kind, careful and gentle. I felt very cared for and safe.

After surgery I was put in contact with Bita who has also been there for me to answer any recovery questions and ask how I’m doing.

Overall, I am very happy and I recommend Doku Clinic to anyone that asks.

Best doctors, best experience, best results! I had a rhinoplasty in November, everyone were so attentive, caring. I loved it from day one from my advisers to the final surgery day. I came to Istanbul for a hair transplant and did some research for a place to get a some procedures on my skin, I found Doku Clinic online and decided to visit them after seeing so many good reviews. This place is amazing from the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and accommodating the hospitality was wonderful. After meeting with Dr. Mehmet Çimen he created a plan for me and then explained everything in detail, the advice was very solid and it addressed all the issues I had. The Dr, nurses and staff are all very kind and knowledgeable. The 2 ladies that took my payment were amazing I had an issue with my credit card which can be embarrassing but they made me feel so comfortable, I went to my hotel to get my physical card because Apple Pay didn’t work. I think I have found my clinic and doctor for life :) I have been to mostly Korea and Thailand for procedures like this but I can honestly say and you can probably tell by reading this how much I loved and recommend Dr Çimen and the clinic. Thank you guys if you are reading this I am very happy :)

If I could, I would give 10 stars for the Clinic,the Staff and the doctor who performed my nose surgery! I knew from the very beginning that I made the right choice when I had my appointment before the surgery with Dr. Engin Öcal, he was calm, friendly and showed me I can trust him by caring to fulfill my wishes, but still not to harm my health.

Jestem po operacji nosa w Doku clinic przez dokotora Engina Ocala. Zdecydowaliśmy się podróżować właśnie z Flymedica i uważamy, że lepiej nie mogliśmy trafić! Świetny kontakt od samego początku - od zapisu na zabieg, konsultacja, maile wszystko przechodziło naprawdę bardzo sprawnie i szybko. Na miejscu odebrał nas samochód o bardzo wysokim standardzie, nie było problemu ze znalezieniem- wszystko szło po prostu automatycznie. W Dzień poprzedzający zabieg było: EKG, badania krwi, wywiad z anastazjologiem, oczywiście przez cały ten czas była z nami wspaniała Pani tłumacz - Magda. Fantastyczna kobieta, bardzo profesjonalna, ale jednocześnie ludzka- poza tłumaczeniem dodała mi otuchy, poradziła też co warto zwiedzić, gdzie zjeść. Gdy w klinice wystąpił nieoczekiwany problem z moim ciśnieniem po zabiegu zespół pielęgniarek błyskawicznie skonsultował to z lekarzem i zostały mi podane odpowiednie leki. Pielęgniarki co chwilę zmieniły mi opatrunki, przychodziły bardzo często się zainteresować jak się czuję. Pani Agata - moja opiekunka online podczas wyjazdu bardzo szybko przekazywała nam konkretne informacje. Gdy zaszła potrzeba skonsultowania mojego przypadku z lekarzem, oczywiście zajęła się sprawą i bardzo szybko wróciła z informacją zwrotną. Jeśli chodzi o hotel - był oddalony 50 m od kliniki, co było bardzo wygodne. Śniadania w hotelu bardzo dobre. Doku clinic to jedno z lepszych miejsc na jakie możecie trafić! Serdecznie polecamy! Pełen profesjonalizm. Już nie mogę doczekać się mojego nowego nosa, ale patrząc po zdjęciach już widzę, że będzie perfekcyjny!!❤️ Dziękuję bardzo za mój nowy nos i za całą opiekę!
