Don’t normally do reviews but thought this might be helpful to others. Great company to deal with, very quick delivery. Dog cage is great and fits in our 2011 qashqai+2 perfectly. Only down side is the crate is 2cm wider than it states on the website which means we can’t have the 6th seat up in the back with the crate in there, not a major problem for us but might be for some

Needed a heavy duty smaller cage. Went for the 36” size. Ordering was easy and was kept in the loop for shipping. Ordered Tuesday, came Thursday. Cage is really good quality and very strong which is what we needed.

Item due for delivery today, I have been in all day waiting with no items arriving, I go and check the tracking information to be told my items where delivered at 9.54 with some dodgy signature and apparently it states signed for by ss who I have no idea who that is or why it has been signed for when it hasn't arrived, £395.80 my order total is and no one cares, I have had to open a case on PayPal, because it has been signed for and not by me its fraudulent activity.

I'm not being funny but I'm not the one putting fraudulent signatures into the system for deliveries that havent been received yet I'm being made out to in the wrong.

Excellent service, answered my query very quickly. Nextday delivery. Very good item at at bargain price. Dog folding grooming table and trolley in one. Much better quality than I was expecting for the price. I will definately return to dog health to look for anything else I want for my dog.

I’ve been searching for a double dog crate for my Honda Jazz to put my two small dogs in which had a divider and two doors. Another company even said they made to measure a crate for the Jazz but it only had one door and no divider! Finally I found Dog Health and bingo they had a crate with all the things on my wish list! It arrived really quickly 48 hrs and boy what a well made crate! It fits my Jazz perfectly! It’s a really strong crate with secure spring loaded catches! And as a bonus it was cheaper than the made to measure one! I rang the company twice to check the measurements and the girl on the phone was very helpful!

Do not buy off this company!!! Disgraceful customer service....bought a car dog cage from them through Amazon...returned as It was too big for the car....had to return via Hermes as Doghealth wanted £23 to courier pick up when the cage only cost £82. They then called 1 week later staying the cage was damaged by the courier Hermes and they woukd not refund me and I was to claim for my refund via Hermes! I called Amazon who are in the process of contacting the company on my behalf as they have refused!! Thank God I ordered through Amazon as they are insured to give me a refund and may take a few more days but at least i will get my money back. Also woman who called me was rude uncaring and abrupt!!! Beware!

1st class service. Ordered grooming trolley table and it was delivered next day. Unfortunately within 10mins of unpacking it I sold it via my Facebook page at reduced price just get rid of it. It would.have cost me £25 to ship back.

Aluminium was marked quite badly, the design didn't work for me, prefer grooming table where you don't have to remove the wheels. When transporting in the car it had to be dismantled ie wheels removed. It was to heavy for me to put up and take down at dog shows.

New owner however is delighted with it.

I ordered a large pyramid dog crate for our rapidly growing Labrador, which arrived promptly via APC.

I’ve bought or borrowed quite a few crates in the past and the quality of this one was up there with the best. The steel mesh was heavier than the Ellie Bo sloping crate we currently have, finishing was good and the assembled crate was really robust. At approx £75 it was good value.

Unfortunately it proved slightly too tall for my Porsche Macan and the tailgate wouldn’t quite close. This was my fault, not DogHealth’s, I was looking for the biggest possible crate and I did take a chance on the measurements.

I had to return the crate, contacted Customer Service and got a quick reply. Return shipping (in the original unmolested carton) was approx £10 via Hermes and the refund of my £75 purchase cost was made immediately it was received back at DogHealth in Norfolk.

So I highly recommend the large pyramid crate, I just need a different solution for a Macan/Labrador.

Bought a crate from them via Amazon and the crate arrived in good time. We used it for a short trip for our dog but it was clearly not big enough for her, so we returned it undamaged using the original packing box via Hermes. It was delivered on time and they claimed a refund couldn't be issued because it had been used and was urine stained. We had our bedding on the cage base and this was completely dry so unless my dog is a miracle urinator I don't believe this. There are plenty of sites that sell dog cages, I would suggest using one that has a bit more customer care and not one who just wants your money

Ordered two posts for a dog run off this company. Firstly they didn't even arrive in a box, and the delivery sticker was just stuck onto the post. Becuase the was no box, they arrived missing parts. The quality of the product was poor and the customer service was even worse. The dimensions on their website were also wrong. They wanted me to pay £40 to return the product to them, which is more than the item itself.. dissapointing service. Wouldn't reccomend buying anything off these guys, waste of time and money.

Don't be put off by the dated website. Purchase was easy, delivery quick, product (car dog crate) high quality.

Having spent weeks trying to find the right dog cage and products for our new arrival, i came across this company.
The customer service team are polite, helpfull and professional.
They talked me through what size cage i would need and explained the differences between the strengths etc that i wouldnt have known otherwise.
I have since been back onto this company and ordered more things, and also passed on the details to many friends and family members.
