Had a few issues ordering online but the team were so fantastically helpful, they went above and beyond to get it sorted. Products arrived in super quick time- one birthday boy, who is a serious Docks fan , very happy!!!

Lovely range of beers at fair prices; good merchandise too with some unique graphic art. I bought a selection of beers and a beautiful tee shirt as a present for my son who is a member of CAMRA, so I know he will appreciate them.

Had a problem with the website rejecting my order. Ordered again only to find out the first order HAD been completed. Dan from Docks Beer saw the double order and contacted me to check it. Outstanding service, beverage and T-shirt. Will visit again soon .

I bought the Docks Academy T-shirt recently. It is fantastic quality and washes well. I wear it with pride and in support of our amazing grassroots venue here in Grimsby. I have my eye on another t-shirt which I'm sure will be heading into my shopping basket soon.

I used the click and collect option so no comment on dispatch/delivery times.

It's hard because it's a cool place but the place seems sloppily ran! We visited the other week because they had it on their website that a really nice looking burger company was going to be onsite. We travel 28 mile to find no burgers or food of any sort on offer! When we queried it with the barman he said "it's next week i think"...so who is putting incorrect information on the website! Surely when you've got people coming to drink every saturday, there should be some sort of food because it is in an industrial area so it's not like you can pop somewhere nearby.

I did like some of the merch that they have, it's quite expensive but later I ordered something for me and something to put away for my partner for xmas. I had issues getting the tracking number to work but this place didn't respond to my email, when the tracking number finally did work, it said my parcel had been delivered on monday - it wasn't because someone was in! and that it was left with an undisclosed neighbour which I knew wasn't true because they'd never even been to my street to attempt delivery! It was only by a miracle and posts on community pages that it was tracked down! the courier had dumped the parcel at a random house a mile and a halfd away! in 99% of situations like that, it will not be possible for anyone to ever be reunited with that parcel! Docks Beers have consistently ignored my emais and messages asking for help because they have the power to demand an address from DHL as to where the parcel was also they are legally obliged to give refunds if the courier decides they can't be bothered to deliver your parcel and gives it away to a random!

They have a great list of beers for mail order but you run a very high risk of losing your money! I find myself wondering if the ignorance to emails etc is because they are fed of refunding people for parcels that DHL give away to randoms! They need to tighten up how they run the place and the mail order business.

Although we have walked past a number of times. It was our first ever visit to this establishment.
I Ordered two pints of Lager and then when I attempted to pay for them I was informed by the female member of staff that "we do not accept cash, only card". This was a problem because I do not use a Credit card as I believe in not paying for something on Credit, no matter how small, and I had left my Debit Card at home so I only had Cash on me, as did my partner. Thankfully, a friend of my partners was in the Bar at the same time, and kindly paid for the Drinks with her own Credit card on our behalf, which was a little embarrassing in front of so many people. Personally, I was ready to vacate the place and visit one of the many Bars in the local Top town instead. Forsyth to say, we only remained for the single drink and then we left.
I awarded 3 Stars because the Drinks were very good, the clientele was accommodating, and the place was very clean and welcoming.
However, the option to accept other means of payment besides a Card, would be an appealing reason to return with family and friends and to stay longer.

Great product and service to match

Excellent product and service. Great beer delivered as a birthday present and arrived in good time.

I attended the Twin Atlantic gig on Friday 23rd May. From start to finish it was great. I had contacted the venue beforehand with my access needs due to mobility issues, arrived at the venue 15 mins before the doors opened and EVERYONE was great. From management to security (shout out to Luke who was great) they could not have done more. They let me lead eith my needs, gave options and then let me choose the best place for me.

Delivery took longer than expected - over a week. Maybe it was because of the offer they had running ?
