Dobbies Garden Centres - Lelant Omdömen 269

After waiting 15min to be served then another 20min for food this dreadful ploughman's came out wow ,at £8.10 has to be the most expensive cheese and tomatoes baguette because the pickle was non existent, I asked the counter staff for some more pickle and they gave me a teaspoon of pickle in a pot and a sorry thats all im allowed to give.
The cheese was tasteless as its pre sliced cheap stuff and no dressing on the salad.

I hope that the company/owner responds because what a disgrace to locals.

Visited Dobbies Lelant store restaurant today 12th October at approx 2pm Order ed a pot of tea for 2and scone. When the lady served me she banged the large teapot down on tray with spout facing me the boiling tea shot out the spout and went over my left hand as I went to
Pick tray up. I reminded her she should never bang a teapot down with boiling water with spout facing out to customer all I got was “ oh sorry” well I was sorry to my hand was painful and this could have been avoided. I suggest staff need retraining on how to serve up hot drinks

Good quality plants at this garden centre.

Good selection of plants,seeds and accessories. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We went for my birthday, we were new to the area,
and were astounded by the lunch we had.

Really friendly staff, the food was delivered and presented really well.

always long queues because they do not have enough staff behind the counter. one girl to make teas/coffes, dish up the cakes and take the money. Breakfast today was disgusting. bacon and sausage lukewarm and egg cold. It took about 1 minute to deliver to us - obviously sitting on a "not hot" hot plate. won't go back again

We had a very enjoyable afternoon at the afternoon tea and planting experience at Dobbies Lelant. The food was delicious and all of the staff in the cafe/kitchen were so friendly and the service was excellent. Kelly and Paul were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about what we were planting and any plant/garden related questions we had. We came away with a beautiful planted pot and more. We recommend this event which is very good value for money. The staff are clearly happy working there and that definitely rubs off on the customer experience. 👏

Went to buy garden furniture over two thousand pound as it was only one left said we had to arrange our own delivery sorry your loss went chacewater garden centre staff were so helpful there we purchased one from them

We attended the little seedlings club for my granddaughter,she loves bed it, the morning whizzed by ,the children got to see all types of soft fruits ,they learnt how from seeds we end up with lovely fruit,which they all tested and they all received a strawberry plant which they translated into a growing pot themselves to take home ..
All the staff at the centre were nice ,they were helpful ,the store was well stocked and tidy ,
We would definitely go to the little seedlings club again ,and we purchased seeds to grow out fruits too

Lovely garden centre. Just a pity the restaurant is always understaffed.

Shop good but completely let down by restaurant .
Short of staff , menu pathetic - nothing but potatoes or sandwiches .

We enjoy visiting the cafe,Excellent food and drink as always,staff are always friendly and helpful,had a look around in the shop,as we are looking to get some bulbs and seed potatoes, we bought some dog treats and dog biscuits.
