Staff excellent but plant quality seems…
Staff excellent but plant quality seems to have deteriorated over the past year..restaurant ridiculously expensive eg £10 for egg ( 1 small,pale obviously battery produced egg) slices of tasteless “factory “ ham and chips.

Food was good
Food was good. Service very slow. Had a long time to wait in cafe queue owing to only 2 front of house staff on a Sunday afternoon.

Social distancing!
Quite good, albeit the sanitizer had been watered down
Also there was no restrictions for people
So everyone was wondering around everywhere
Which was fine but we found it difficult distancing ourselves from others

We enjoyed delicious coffee - made by your friendly and helpful staff.
I didn't have my phone with me to scan the Track & Trace (which was very visible at the "Order Here" counter) and would have collected my husband's from him but your assistant took the necessary details quickly and easily.
Everywhere was very clean and well spaced.

First Class Products, Service and the best prices around. Cashier also let me know it was time to renew my Dobbies Card which I had completely forgotten about, i did the renewal there and then to keep up with the brilliant offers and points collections.
