DOBBIES TIMPERLEY. Lovely food. Staff all look stressed. But my main concern was the waitress in the restaurant had extremely long, high fuzzy hair!!! Serving food? Surely that can’t be acceptable. Even McDonalds aren’t allowed that. Shame as it’s a lovely place

I went to Dobbies looking for some shrubs to go in a particular part of my garden, I was passed on to a wonderful lady called Jo (I think that was her name she wears lip rings) she was amazing, so knowledgeable, very pleasant to chat with, showed me a variety of shrubs which were suitable...ended coming away with two shrubs and some flowers

Excellent staff, great soft play for kids.

All dobbies cafes are so slow , the tea cake arrived before the coffee .
The toilets at Romiley are so dirty and scruffy , for such a nice garden centre you need to update , paint and regularly clean

Lots to see. Nice atmosphere in restaurant. Just a relaxing place to wander around and make a few purchases for the garden.

The lady that served us in the cafe is always excellent = pleasant and welcoming and efficient. It makes all the difference. I don't know her name but she is dark haired, glasses, slight build.

Shop 2 star. Selected an item that I had bought few weeks ago at £2. It was in the same place in reduced items but at till it was full price. Full price items should not be in reduced section and should be priced

When you visit the cafe plenty of items are 'self service' from the fridges, cake display units etc but there are NO TRAYS for customer's to use?

What a stupid system

Always a lovely garden centre to visit with lots of plants, shrubs and other garden ephemera always available plus ideas fir the home, patio sets etc. Very helpful and pleasant staff, nice restaurant and easy parking. Toilets and electric charging points.

Dobbies is a lovely place to go. An excellent variety of plants The food is delicious but there definitely could be more variety for vegan options and the only vegan option was highly priced in comparison to the non vegan options.
I finally got myself a Dobbies card after, wish I bought it ages ago I didn’t realise all the perks you get with it.

Easter Bank Holiday and the need to eat. We met with our Daughter & Husband at Timpereley. They had theirs and we both had Ham Eggs & Chips. As we are getting on in years we also had a cake each, part of the deal. OK I had to queue for a few minutes, but with staff giving full assistance, we were fine. Due to the restaurant being busy, and one of the units malfunctioning we had to sit for a few minutes longer than normal. The tray, with teas was delivered shortly before the food. The place was non stop busy with service being carried out quickly, efficiently with a smile.
The food was good, and we shared the cakes with the offspring.
Then off to the gardening area for plants and bits & pieces.
A pleasant afternoon.

The lady in the cafe was brilliant and made us exactly what we wanted. The lady on the till in the garden centre solved a problem I had.

We came for the Easter Bunny Breakfast. We were greeted by the staff who asked the children to hunt for the Easter Bunny around the garden centre which they loved. Then we all had a lovely breakfast the staff had set the table with Easter activities and decorations. The staff then took the children to do some wildflower planting to take home and we had storytime with the Easter Bunny. The staff were so helpful (Sadie looked after us) and were so kind with the children. We had a great morning thank you 😊

The garden centre looks very nice, lovely plant displays etc. We had drinks in the cafe which we enjoyed in clean, pleasant and comfortable surroundings. Our plan is to visit the garden centre soon.

We wanted some cake and a free coffee as members of the Dobbies club. We also like browsing and got a cute peace lily in a little watering can.

I very busy time in restaurant. Excellent service. Food was good. Will be going back more often.

I purchased a water spray for my wreath on the door and noticed a box of Christmas crackers that had been reduced. I was very happy as used them for NYE dinner party. All staff were pleasant and helpful.
