Always fly from Manchester with Emirates and Dnata are the ground handling agents for Emirates. The staff are always fantastic and i mean fantastic. They are always smiling, happy , polite and courteous and an absolute credit to the Emirates brand.
Special mention to Lauren the Duty Manager &Nicole the other Duty Manager both are fantastic ambassadors for the company and cannot do enough.
Mo and Emna are again amazing check in staff to deal with and make the check in experience seamless and always with a smile.
I apologise if i have missed anyone else out but it's a fantastic Dnata Team at Manchester

Mark Reven, a Filipino guy at the passenger gate, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly spoke disrespectfully to passengers, even calling them “bastards,” and was destroying airport images. This behavior is unacceptable and requires immediate action.
Watch out for the amounts they charge you!
In August 2025, I have paid extra luggage fees via dnata for a flight I had with Pegasus. I apparently had to pay only 20 EUR as the extra costs but at the dnata counter I have been charged 128 EUR instead due to a miscalculation. Since August 2025, I am in contact with the lady at the counter and her manager to get my return money in the amount of 108 EUR back with no luck at all. The communications keeps going around like a tennis ball between the customer service and their managers with no result and solution but with a lot of promises to solve it. I'm surprised everyday by how inefficient and unorganized they are!
Unacceptable Customer Service During Flight Disruption
Due to technical issues, I missed my original flight. The airline rebooked me on another flight so I could still catch my onward connection, which was clearly the airline’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, a dnata staff member at Heathrow (first name Orlando) made the situation extremely stressful. He was rude and unhelpful, repeatedly insisting that paying £350 was the only option and implying I would miss my flight if I did not pay — even though the issue was not my fault and no payment was required.
Because he refused to properly assist or clarify the situation, I had to run between terminals to return to the original airline desk to confirm the rules and then rush back again. Anyone familiar with Heathrow knows how large the airport is and how long terminal transfers take. This happened with just over one hour remaining before departure, and instead of helping, he wasted critical time while pressuring me to “pay or miss the flight.”
I did not pay because I was aware of the rules, but the situation caused severe stress and resulted in physical effects as well, including pain and intense pressure, on top of the mental distress.
It is concerning to think how many other passengers may have been pressured or misinformed in similar circumstances. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Passengers should be supported during disruptions, not intimidated or misled.
Incompetent Amateurs
Incorrectly refused me permission to fly.Rude, unprofessional , unhelpful, incompetent. Wrote to CEO of airline and full refund given and internal investigation into why mine and my wifes ( both elderly ) 6 weeks holiday has been ruined by these Cowboys

37 keer gebeld, geen reactie. Er is mij beloofd dat ik gisteren gebeld zou worden, ook niet gebeurd. Word niet teruggebeld, krijg geen reactie op meerdere e-mails. Ondertussen nog steeds geen koffer. Zou ook niet weten wat de status is van mijn koffer. Verschrikkelijke customer “support”

Unbelievably slow line, unnecessary paperwork, and a lot of employees seem to just be standing around.

Koffer op Schiphol, geen bemande balie in de late avond en nacht, onbereikbaar telefonisch. Niet te bereiken via formulieren of email via de site. Na heel veel telefoontjes en uitzoek werk de volgende ochtend, een email adres gekregen en ja mijn koffer is hoor of ik deze kom halen. Ik geef aan dat deze gebracht moet worden, nee doen we niet u heeft geen PIR nummer. Nee dat klopt, jullie waren er niet. Nee wij bezorgen niet, want het betreft een koffer die toch op de luchthaven bleek te zijn. Wat een ontzettend slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. Ook de communicatie met de medewerkers was knap kort door de bocht en er wordt niet meegedacht met de klant. Het is jammer dat je afhankelijk bent van deze partij door de luchtvaartmaatschappij. Als ik geen ster had kunnen geven, had ik dat gedaan, 1 is al teveel.
Absolute ballentent
Absolute ballentent. Niet bereikbaar per telefoon, mail, enz. Telefoon wordt niet opgenomen. Sturen mails die niet kloppen. Snap niet dat een kwaliteitsmaatschappij als Emirates met dit soort bedrijven samenwerkt.

I would not use Dnata travel service ever again, very disappointed with their services, their airfare is more expensive than others, their representative doesn't care about customers at all, took long time to reply and doesn't take responsibilities.

I’ll never book my holidays through Dnata again. The flights were noticeably more expensive from Dubai to Madrid, than booking directly online, and the hotel dates couldn’t be changed — even with advance notice. Ended up losing both ways. Poor flexibility, poor value. Definitely won’t be using their services in the future.

Please don't waste your time applying for Dnata especially at the airport they use and abuse you I applied for a few postion and they could not even be bothered to put this down on my profile page as unsuccessful instead made me wait so i decided to ring them just to add got theor number of Google and even then they didnt answer for days option 2 HR I took the duty of ringing them asking them and then a 3 minutes later I had a email i am not suitable for them as i have worked 20 years of my life in aviation they are very fussy in who they select they rather have some one with no experience or skills and to put the cherry on the cake they get some one who only been with the company for 3 years and a young man old enough to be my son what a joke so be careful people I got managers experience and can run the company blind folded 😉

probably the worst service I have ever experienced with a company. for a lost piece of luggage we called 3 times and waited over 25 minutes each time in the line. nobody is answering and nobody could help us with information in regards of the luggage. horrible experience.

Zie alle eerdere reviews. Super slechte bagagehandelaar. Ik snap niet dat er een vliegtuigmaatschappij met hen in zee gaat. Wij zijn op vakantie en onze speciale bolderkar voor een tweeling is niet afgegeven en staat nog op schiphol. Onze hele vakantie is verpest met jonge kinderen het ergste is dat ze gewoon niet communiceren. Alles is een groot zwart gat. ondanks herhaaldelijk telefonisch contact WhatsApp en e-mail zijn zij niet te bereiken of je krijgt geen tegenreactie.
dnata staff's attitude at Dubai airport was patehtic
I had a WizzAir DXB-BUD-STN flight from T2 on 1-Sep.
The dnata staff did not allow me and my family of 5 to board, saying I need to have a visa even if I am just transiting through Budapest. Though I had a confirmed onward journey to London (Stansted), they did not budge. They went to the extent of saying if I had booked via any other airline, they would have allowed me to go. I really do not understand how is this possible.
Their Team Leader, Saud, was there to make everyone's life miserable. He asked us to wait, promising to do something, and then vanished for more than 2 hours, only to return and say oh I cannot do anything.
dnata's whole attitude was to make every passenger's travel difficult. Pathetic!!
Still waiting for my luggage
After delay of my luggage I got one day later a phone call for delivering the next day. I stayed at home, no one came.
Next day, after contact, again expected between 14:00 - 22:00 no luggage,
Now day 4: still no luggage. No call when to expect.
What is it?? My luggage is already 4 days in the Netherlands, but still not delivered and no call when to expect.

I wouldn't give them even a one star they don't deserve it. I was connecting my flight through Dubai my our bags went missing I and my daughter.qw flew from Philadelphia to dxb the bags went missing we reported it to the airport in dubai terminal one and they say they tracking the bags and I have a flight to mombasa to board the next day with fly Dubai on Wed 08/20/25 guess wat I didn't have my bags till tonight I got mine ripped torn in to pieces,stuff stolen ,pads were ripped open dirt tissues inside someone wipes their dirty hands n put in my luggage,lsomeone tampered with my luggages..it's looks like human rats chewing my luggages up. A lot of stuff missing. They put some stuff in plastic bag written dnata checked bag things falling out bags plastic torn apart. When u call to report someone has an attitude .. she says not them. And right now they are holding my daughter's two luggages in dxb terminal 1.. I still they didn't put them in the plane waiting for approval. From where? I paid for connecting flight and it was supposed to send all the bags.. y holding my daughter's luggages? We can't even attend the wedding which start tomorrow they are alot of wedding stuff for the bride.. which already been taken plus the other two luggages still missing. Am soo pissed. Am so disappointed with that airport which is the biggest hub .. I don't know how people turn so cruel to steal people stuff n ripped the bag s up .and the communication is so poor.. they never communicated with me at all. And in top of that how do I kno my daughter bags are still their in dxb ? I kno ..and I have evidence of everything they did to my luggage is like the human rat has some grudge on the luggage. I have pics videos .. and I have proof of every. They can't lie about it..it's so shameful dnata to do all this.. wat did I do to you guys to destroy my d family wedding n ruin our vacation.. all the few clothes which remaining inside is like someone pour some liquid in it smells so bad .. and they are wet.. I don't kno if it's pee? I have no idea smells so awful they are new clothes all of them. Dnata I need my daughter's bags still sitting in dxb terminal 1.. and I hope they are not tampered with.
