Items should have
Building should have entrance cover keep people dry waiting, website should show items needed to bring with you, paperwork with highlighted blocks to fill out before coming and say something about dual signes on title.

Timed out
I filled out all the information for buying and transferring the title to my name and hit the finish key and your system timed out and I did not get a copy of the filled in form. Too time consuming to try again.

Jon B. made my day! Went prepared to sit for hours and meet an employee with an attitude. From the gentleman that escorted us into the DMV, to the representative at the counter, to the lady who took my picture 5 times,it was a great experience. But Jon B. made me feel like taking care of me was a privilege. I almost adopted him! DMV was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Great experience!

The woman who initially helped me was…
The woman who initially helped me was extremely rude with an attitude immediately, claiming I throwing my documents at her. To be honest, I am a respectful person who treats everyone the same, but I get it... white people suck... (and I mean this. I am one and we do.) However, this woman really needs to go within and find her inner peace so she can be respectful to others, even white people regardless of us sucking. The woman who took my photo was amazing and sweet and the woman who put my ID through was also great.
