I waited to get 2 tyres put on my car i booked in for saturday morning arrived just before 10:30 there were 3 vehicles before mine but there were 2 lads doing the work wasted so much time taking photos of all tyres on vehicles before and after they had been changed new and old tyres ,3 mobile fitters came in and 1 changed the trailer tyres of the vehicle before mine to help out then when it came to my car the young lad spent 10 mins trying to find a 19mm socket struggled to take my wheels off because he didn't know there where plastic caps over the nuts he went to get the other lad to help he told him what he was doing wrong then disappeared again while the lad carried on finally got my 2 tyres after 2 and a half hours left at 1 o'clock when they were closing so disappointed standing around for 2.5 hours wont be going back

Bloody legends!!!
Massive breakdown this morning in sooo many ways!
Phoned, spoke to Graham in Lloc and with in 30 minutes they were at my rescue! Never had such a quick fast response to a breakdown! Also need to apologise to the poor guy who came to my rescue as i didn't stop talking!!!! 😂🤣
Just need to sort my censer out now now to stop the alarm for low tyre pressure going off and all done and all in less than an hour back on the road and work!

I called DMH at 8.30am for a price to come out and fit a new tyre and within an hour (as promised) they reached my address. The service was brilliant - friendly, courteous and professional member of staff - and the price was lower than I had expected. First class service and exceptional value.

I highly recommend, very helpful and professional, using with bumper as well, easy sorted out my car.

Called Llay branch late on Saturday morning to ask if they could look at my tyre. Even though it was Bank Holiday weekend and they were due to close at 1, they fitted me in. Sorted out my flat tyre. Excellent service and helpful staff, would definitely use them again and also recommend to all my friends. Thanks for such great service.

Superb service and value for money. I wasn’t able to blow my tyre up, they came to the house and had a new tyre on within 2 hours as it couldn’t be repaired. Then took the wife’s car to them as it needed 4 new tyres, again great service.

Don't think of going elsewhere for tyres nor alignment. It's worth travelling (within reason) as this caerwys branch is so handy right on a quiet exit off the A55. This is a well managed depot with someone actually in charge. As long as the staff remains as is, the minimum standard of service exceeds many others' maximum. I get the feeling my custom is valued.

Good tyres fitted

Absolute gem, I nipped in this morning to book in for two new rear tyres for Saturday. The helpful staff said that they had some in stock and that they would be able to fit them right away. After the fitter inspected the tyres he said that I would actually only need one rear tyre as there was a fair bit of tread left on the other one. So not just grabbing my money at the opportunity and giving great customer service instead. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will 100% be getting my tyres from D M H tyres again!
