Fantastic service and attentive staff (Kobe) I phoned at 4 pm on Thursday and watch was with me 600 miles away in NE Scotland at 9.20 am on Friday morning. That’s what I call exceptional service. Highly recommended.

I’ve been in contact with DK Watches for a couple of months now, mainly Murro. His communication is brilliant, very responsive to messages and I asked a lot of questions which he was happy to answer. My TAG watch was sent out straight away, and arrived next day , literally less than 24hrs from me sending the money over. It was packaged so perfectly and the watch was in amazing condition. Everything has been so smooth from start to finish. I will definitely buy through DK Watches again! First class service.

Having been looking for a specific Rolex Datejust for quite some time I was delighted to find what I wanted at DK watches. I emailed them as I wanted to part exchange my original Rolex for the new Datejust, they responded immediately. I visited their store in Southport and walked away with a great valuation on my original Rolex and what I considered an equally great price on my new Datejust. David and the team are very professional, friendly and clearly wanted to make sure I was happy with the final deal. I would highly recommend DK Watches to anyone looking for a new Rolex watch.

The watch is nice and decent price but I found communication and customer service at best average. Tried emailing, nothing, instagram (where they do a lot of advertising) got back after a while to one message I sent (half arsed reply). I asked for the strap to be adjusted, didn’t happen. No follow up communications with a ‘hope everything is ok’ type thing.

Wouldn’t recommend DK Watches but I also wouldn’t not recommend them if that makes sense. Just a very ‘blah’ service.

I bought a beautiful watch which arrived as described. Unfortunately the band was too small. DK Watches sourced and sent additional links and kept in contact throughout the whole process. In my opinion, one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Would definitely recommend these people and will be a returning customer!
