Absolutely perfect, does exactly what it needs to, easy to install, all aspects are easily edited, would recommend.

I purchased basic classical guitar strings with free delivery (3 to 5 days). After waiting several days, I received an email saying my item was now not in stock. Several days passed and I was told that they are now back in stock. I then seemingly had to wait several more days, presumably as I requested the free delivery option, before I received the strings. In the meantime, while waiting, I bought a set from a competitor and they arrived in 2 days. I'll know where I'll go in the future!

The microphone stand arrived satisfactorily on time and is now in use.

I can't comment too much about the products i bought, they were bought as presents and i know little or nothing about them.

However i have had reason to call DJM's customer service twice and their response and care was exemplary, second to none. It was the same guy on both calls and he is an absolute star, a massive asset to DJM's business.

I ordered some strings in the afternoon and received them at 9am the next day. Excellent service.

Ordered a keyboard stand which unfortunately was damaged in transit, spoke to Bradley who arranged a replacement the following day, 1st class customer service.

Bought a tiger guitar stand, it was for my banjo.

What a great item, have other stands but this one is first class. Folds very small, locking legs which form bottom instrument holder.

It is head and shoulders above the other stands I have purchased. Secure with a low centre of gravity. What a find.

The tabletop music stand is just what I needed. It's at a very reasonable price and arrived as promptly as was possible.

I ordered a ukulele, at the end of December. The delivery was delayed, so I contacted the company, via Facebook.
A chap called, John, delt with my query.
He explained that the company had shut during the festive season & unfortunately, that was why I hadn't received my order.
The strap I ordered, was also out of stock.

He was efficient, friendly & a problem solver. Not long after our chat, my order & the alternative strap, was delivered.

The ukulele as well packaged & of good quality. I'm sure it'll be perfect to learn on.
Would shop with them again.

I bought my daughter a child's guitar for Christmas. My own fault, but I didn't actually check it over until I wrapped it on Christmas eve, when I noticed there was a small chip in it.

I contacted customer services who responded promptly and were fantastically helpful. Problem sorted.
