Poor communication throughout, if me & my ex weren't amicable I would never have known what was happening, then was made to feel I was pestering when asking for updates, ended up having a court date because people were incapable of doing their job properly

It was a really straight forward process, and despite my own disorganisation with the admin of the divorce, they were really patient and helpful. It was all done at our own speed, and if I ever had any questions, the replies were really quick and helpful. They were also very thorough, and when everything was ready, prompt at submitting.
