I placed my order on the 3rd of November and received it on the 17th of December. I was kept up to date when my order was in production and when it was dispatched. 100 recommend to anyone wanting a custom steering wheel👍🏻

I placed an order on Dec 4th and still haven’t received an email that it has been shipped out. I emailed twice asking about my order and haven’t once gotten a response back. Terrible customer service.

Thank you for answering this review and sending me the shipping information, but your statement that I haven’t tried to reach out to you is not true. I sent two emails to your sales account which I just replied on the original email that your company sent acknowledging the order. I looked at the address and it is what you wrote in your reply below, so saying I did not try to contact your company is not true. If there is a way to post on here the emails I will. Due to this I will not change my rating.

Fast delivery and item as described. Dynamic indicators are really bright and was really easy to fit and look perfect for the car.

Needed to order a new steering wheel for my car which had an issue with the shift paddles. Explained the issue to the team and Andrew helped me out getting the wheel ordered and also going above and beyond and supplying some OEM replacements for the shift paddles. Andrew was fantastic in helping me get sorted and helped me out the whole way through the process and kept me up to date. Wheel is now on its way - felt very looked after, excellent customer service!

Delivery arrived on stated day however was left on front door step with no card through door. It might be a good idea to review your chosen courier or safe place arrangements with them. Thank you

Leaving a 1 star bad review as my only hope of getting a reply to my 3 emails requesting delivery update. Ordered spoiler for golf mk7 on 6th September. Advertised as up to 6 weeks delivery. 9 weeks on, no item no communication and zero customer service

Great experience with the store, i had a few questions about the part before ordering it, and i got an near immediate response on facebook. The spoiler was packaged very well and delivery was quick.

Diversion Automotive - remember the name! This is the second time I have used the company for modifications for my polo GTI. I bought a Oettinger spoiler which was mint and then returned to order some smoked Vland taillights. With the help of Andrew and his excellent customer service my needs were met very easily and he arranged shipping with ease. It safe to say Andrew is an expert of meeting customer needs and applies brilliant customer service when dealing with customers. They’re stocked to the brim with modifications for almost all cars and are sure to make your car stand out that little bit more!

If you haven’t already, I suggest you use Diversion as the quality will not compare and i promise you will not be let down!

Found this little hidden gem whilst on the lookout for a spoiler for my Golf R. Andrew was so helpful and even offered to fit this for me. It looks amazing!! Im so happy with it that Im coming back next week for a rear diffuser! Andrew really went the extra mile and the customer service was fantastic. Thank you again guys :) xx

I purchased the golf dsg carbon and alcantara gear shifters on the basis that it was for a right hand drive car as shown in the photos. However when it arrived it is for a left hand drive car. I then had to take my original gaiter apart as well as this new one and use my right hand drive surround. I contacted customer service about this and they did not want to know. The said that it says modification will be needed. To me modification is tiding it up slightly or adjusting the stitching so its in the middle. Not taking it fully apart too have to then use your original one and therefore make the original one redundant. The customer service was appalling as they did not want too help and blamed me for their mistakes. Would not recommend at all

Ordered a custom steering wheel but i had some questions and the service I received was top quality, very helpful staff and quick responses. The product I received was exactly what I expected and then some! The effort and work put in is amazing! Item was well packaged also! Took a little while for my order to arrive but so worth the wait! Would recommend! 👌

Still haven’t received my spoiler, ordered in July and was told 8-14 working days. No sign of my order and when contacting them, no further information is given apart from the item being on ‘back order’. Not impressed.

Great communication to any messages which I sent. Took around 4 weeks from order to have it fitted, and Andrew was amazing and helped with any questions etc. Highly recommended and will use again

Ordered a carbon fibre spoiler for my VW, arrived very well packaged but had a few bumps and bubbles on the outside which I wasn't happy with, contacted them with the images and problem, they explained it had got heat damaged during transit, they sorted out the replacement instantly and I received the return label from them, received the new perfect spoiler before I had chance to package and return faulty one, great customer service and amazing quality products, placed more orders with them without problem, highly recommended to friends and family.
