They told me a opened a 2.nd Account under the Name of Ali2177
I Never opened a second Account

I deposited 800€ to ditobet and was able to turn it into 12.000€ over 3 years.

Now they say I created a second Account and violated their terms?
No way

My Account was Running super and I had no Problems with them until yesterday.

They told me expect no further Communication and now they are Not responding anymore

I am okay with not getting my won money paid out but I want at least my deposit back

They said I would get my deposit back but I don’t use the Bank Account anymore from where I deposited the money.

But I cant explain it to them because they keep ignoring me

Ditobet is a fraud company ans they didn't gave my withdrawal yet and they are saying i have to wait for e days after that they didn't respond. Dont ever play on this and never suggest this to anyone they are scammer and scamming peoples don't deposit on this website.

I don’t know why some of this online payment platform is… “ eg” AstroPay, Skrill and other “ still in partnership with Ditobet when they knew people fund there account through them and Ditobet ( the number betting scam ) will not release and allow they to withdraw there winning when requested for. This is so painful. When you make a withdrawal request… they will tell you 3 to 5 day u will get your payment believes me forever they will not let go of the money and story will come up —- like our system is down —— we re doing a manual review when it get to your turn u will get your money and lot more…

I just wish awareness could be make on this..

I have been a ditobet user for about 9 months.
I have exactly 188 successful deposits during this period.
And a week ago I was a little lucky and exactly 9 months later I won 2000 euros.
I made a withdrawal request and it's been exactly 5 days since there is no change
They definitely don't pay
Although I have 188 successful investments, they didn't even pay me once, please be careful and don't deposit money to ditobet.

Here I am sharing my bitter experience with this mafia organization. One year ago, after a couple of small payments through betting games and casinos, I exceeded the amount of €20,000. In the meantime, I had some small trial payments and my account was completely verified. After that, the blocking of the account arrives with this message, which I transmit in its entirety;
Dear ......, Your account "...." is closed due to terms violation (as well as "petruzalek88"). All bets and bonuses are voided. Your deposit is returned. You are not allowed to use our services! To this day, I don't know who to turn to, but I have come to terms with the fact that I will never see my won money again, but let this review be an incentive for others not to deposit money with these thieves.

Can’t believe what they do here

You add money with Astropay Vouchers and then try to withdraw it after your adress and stuff is verified they lock your account and don’t even refund your Money. They just keep it and if you are asking the Live Chat support they just tell me to contact risk(add)ditobet.com but I did this 1 month ago and still no answer like bro?

First they refused to give me my welcome bonus because apparently I didn't press some button somewhere before making the first deposit, which was arguably, technically my fault, but it was just an indication of how scammy things would get if you're not super careful all the time.

AND THEN!

I made profit two bets back to back and when I came back to make another bet I saw that they have put a STAKE LIMIT OF 86 CENTS on how much I can bet!!!!

Customer care threw some template word soup at me about how some department makes these decisions based on various criteria n all, so in other words, didn't really help or explain anything.

I couldn't get out faster.

Approximately 2 years ago I deposited 200ish euros a few times, and with some good tennis/basketball euroleague bets during the 8-12 months I made it to 2.4k euros.

When I tried to withdraw, I received a random money amount on skrill and couldn't log in to my account with no explanation.

When I contacted them, they said they returned my deposits and accused me of having multiple accounts with some username I, of course, never heard about.

Any further question from my side led to more and more cocky response from their side, even saying that they wont reply to any further emails.

Baffled as I was at the time I tried to contact SBR and bookmakerreview via complaints but they said they can't do much and that this fraud behaviour is pretty much a thing with this Curacao bookies.

I see now on trustpilot that many people unfortunately had the same experience as me so I would advise everyone to avoid this ''bookie''. In we were living in a normal and a world where justice actually exists, these people would be behind the bars for life.

All in all, avoid these thieves like the plague.

Ich kann verstehen, dass hier viele sind, die schlechte Erfahrungen sammeln. Ich war auch schon bei anderen Buchmachern/Casinos, wo ich enorme Probleme habe/hatte, insbesondere mit Auszahlungen etc., deswegen gehe ich schon immer mit Bauchschmerzen in einen neuen Buchmacher bzw. in Wetten. Diesmal bin ich jedoch positiv überrascht! Der Bonus und auch die Bedingungen wurden offen kommuniziert. Ich wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass ich meine erste Einzahlung noch nicht drei mal umgesetzt hatte, man gab mir aber die Möglichkeit dies nachzuholen oder meine initiierte Auszahlung um einige Prozente als Gebühr zu reduzieren. Daraufhin hab ich noch paar Wetten platziert und am vergangenen Sonntag meine Auszahlung angefragt. Heute hatte ich das Geld auf meinem Konto. Für Banktransfer 5 Tage ist in Ordnung.
Eigentlich sollte man, wenn man fair spielt, auch eine faire Behandlung bekommen, im Sinne, dass man sein Geld bekommt etc. pp. aber bei vielen Casinos und Bookis nicht so gängig und da ich diesmal so positiv überrascht wurde, musste ich jetzt auch mal ein positives Statement abgeben.

Einzahlungen und spielen kein Problem. Aber ich warte inzwischen seit 2 Wochen auf meine Auszahlung. Mein Account ist vollständig verifiziert....

Jedes Mal wird im Support gesagt das zurzeit viel zu tuen ist....

Stay away from these cheaters. Same story- client locked with 2 000 euros inside and no answer at all. I found out that they are Bulgarians- the head trader is named Yordan Hubev and he has profile in Linkedin

However, I am also Bulgarian and today I am going to the police. At least, having their names is something- I will keep you updated!

Can anybody actually help? As they basically stole money from customers with no reason, and nobody is solving this. I am pretty sure that it is not normal behavior that they are providing sport even services basically promoting some teams and than scam normal ppl. We should take legal steps as it seems millions were stolen…

I played with this site and everything seemed great. After I played a while, I tried to make a withdrawal.

Next thing I know, my account is closed with message "Client locked" and I cannot even log in. I tried to get in touch with support, but they couldn't help. After a while, they responded with the message "Account is closed for terms violation - providing false info."

I knew this to be wrong, so I asked them what information was supposedly false. I thought it was a misunderstanding, so I offered to prove that all my information was indeed...correct.

But that didn't help. Ditobet stopped responding completely to emails, and chat still couldn't help, so I still don't know what was behind their reasoning to close my account and keep my entire deposit for appr. €600-700, and I never got any chance to clear up and misunderstanding.

Please be very careful. I deposited about 6k and verified my Account. I startest a withdraw and they are Limited to 2000€ daily. They delayed my withdraw for days and the funds did NOT arrive on my Bank Account after days. They dont answer my Emails regarding this.

On November 15, I opened a ditobet account. I paid 50 euros. I played live basketball over/under points. I turned the deposit 3x1.5. I won 250 euros. The account has been verified. I ordered a withdrawal to jeton wallet. After a few hours, without giving any reason, my account was blocked. Now it's asking me to send some documents. He rarely responds to emails and is not very specific. I play fair, no bonuses. I want my winnings back and I don't play there anymore. Do not pay on ditobet.

Bet concluded on 14.10, it is now 27 and the bet has not been settled ! the bet is won ! so much time you have to wait and what's more won bets are settled as lost I do not recommend you do not play there ever ! only a waste of your money
