Avoid this “shop” at all costs.
Advertising product Pre4rm whey 2kg on their discount supplements website at €47.95 I called to check stock availability and was told there are 4 in stock (same as in their website) asked did I have to click and collect or could I walk into the store, I was told you can walk in and buy it. I had this item picked up for me and was charged €55!! When I called to enquire I was met with some ridiculous story about they run 3 different websites from the store and if I would have click and collected I would have got it for €47.95!! When I asked why I wasn’t getting it for the online price I got a reply of “you didn’t ask” Seriously avoid this bunch of scammers. A complaint will be made to the CCPC for false advertisement and deception.

The guy named Kyle who works in a store is a scammer. I've bought 2 liver and organ defenders and some more stuff. I received an email from kyle to call him on store number to discuss refund because there is only 1 liver and organ defender available. During the call the dude insist on my credit card data number, security code and expiry date. I wasnt thinking at the moment and thought its a legal store and gave him the data. He heard the numbers well and said can you repeat the expire data than I realized whats happening. He said you can email me with iban so I can return it can go that way. I blocked my card data. Scammers be careful!!
This is my reply to Kyle's answer. Yes I have received the items and refund but whem I read your answer with non insisting on card details its a pure lie- security code, expire date and card number you dont have permission to ask or need to complete the refund. I
The refund was done on my other card on the iban Ive sent to you. This was no misunderstanding but only the card fraud intention.
Ok one last question which I want you to answer in public did you ask me for card number, security code and expire date of my card and if yes answer here why if you can send the refund the way you eventually did?

This was a misunderstanding with the customer that has been resolved, the customer has received their refund and the rest of their order.
I offered to do a card refund for this customer and due to a bad line and language barrier there must have been a misunderstanding, I offered to do his refund another way and never insisted on any details.
This has been resolved and no malicious actions were taken on our behalf, I'm sure other customers who have dealt with me can attest to my trustworthiness.

In response to Ivan's reply, I am bewildered as to why he thinks we intended to scam him by any means. I informed him from the start I was going to do a card refund as a quick and simple method of completing the refund.
I asked only for the details required by our card machine and did not "insist" but asked with no pressure. As soon as Ivan stated he felt uncomfortable I told him we could do the refund another way, which we did. I asked for no more details than you would provide to your local takeaway when placing an order over the phone...
Regardless, our company has been operating for well over a decade serving hundreds of customers on a weekly basis and has never been involved in scamming or fraud by any stretch of the imagination. I don't understand why this customer thinks he is the first "victim" despite no evidence of any wrongdoing.

Discount supplements the place to order from for Ireland
Have been ordering from discount supplements for years and they have never let me down, next day delivery if you order on a weekday within Ireland and great prices. Have had one slight hiccup recently where the product I ordered was actually out of stock but had fantastic customer service from Simon who couldn’t have been more communicative, quick and extremely pleasant to deal with, was issued a new type of the same product and refunded the difference. Couldn’t recommend more

Everything you could possibly need in a store. I mean, seriously, the volume of choice and products is insane, feels like you're in a warehouse. Also, the prices are affordable, making it really ideal for students and the like.

Fantastic range and selection of products. Just really top-notch and genuinely great prices. Also, they gave me a free protein bar in my most recent order and I was having a low day and it really brightened me up!! Delivery is so fast as well, the service is just spot on.
