Unable to contact company.

I placed an order for the wrong items so I have tried to contact the company by email several times about returning them but had no reply and there is no way to get in touch by phone as you get an answerphone message to email the company!
I have been placing regular orders for the correct items for some time with no problems, the latest delivery being today!
What is going on?

Have now received goods with an apology…

Have now received goods with an apology and a small partial refund. Clearly something happened that caused a problem with delivery and communication. I get the impression they are a smallish business, maybe a family business and perhaps there was some sort of family emergency. Anyway, all is resolved now and i appreciated the email apologising.

Are they in receivership???…

Placed a £60 order with next day delivery over a week ago, no emails answered and the telephone goes to answer phone permanently!
Have they gone into receivership???

absolutely brilliant company and…

absolutely brilliant company and fantastic customer services. Well done Jonathan on the ball and David had a little problem but they sorted it out no time at all. I was very impressed. Thank you very very much. Definitely be using this company again !

Same excellent service as always

As a regular customer I received the same excellent service as always. Next day delivery is reliable as are the couriers. The products are excellent and if a change is needed other products are available following advice from the staff.
