My free samples came quickly and one of them is gorgeous, just right!
The company have been in touch since but I am waiting till I find someone local to remove kitchen white goods and to lay the tiles.

Seamless from start to finish
From ordering my flooring, to the communications received, delivery updates and even the delivery was seamlessly smooth. I seen a beautiful product at an affordable price. I know when this gets laid, my new flat is going to look amazing. High quality flooring, with stunning aesthetics. Even the delivery driver was so friendly, nothing was a problem.

I was about to order when the postage came to £125, for a £750 order! All because I live on the Isle of Wight. It's blatant discrimination!
Amazon Prime deliver to me next day without an extra charge.
£125, like, wow! I will NEVER recommend these thieves to anybody!

The team came across friendly and warm. Unfortunately my samples were lost in the post, but they went above & beyond to make sure the second batch arrived promptly. They kept in touch, which was very reassuring.

Fast Replacement and Good Service
We received our laminate flooring and unfortunately the first delivery arrived damaged. However, the company sent a replacement the very next day, which we really appreciated. Because the issue was resolved so quickly, it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Overall, good customer service.
