I entered my refrigerator model # and ordered water filters they recommended. They arrived are were the wrong size. I went to return and they are happy to take them back... They will charge me $12 for a return label and give me an $8 credit. So it will actually cost me $4 more to retun them then to throw them away
I was sent filters that i did not order.
I called customer service and did not get any help.

The filters that were ordered did not fit, not even close as a guaranteed fit. Contacted customer service and the fee to return. The filters are not worth it. Very poor customer service will not order from again.
