Had an issue with one of my orders, reached out to customer service and spoke with Ciara who was fantastic. From my first email I had a reply within and a satisfactory resolution to the issue within 24hrs. Will be buying again and recommending.

The courier lost my order. My query was answered by Mary, who could not have been more helpful. She found the problem within a very short time and offered me an immediate refund or replacement. I am very happy with the service that I received.

I had launched a complain that i did not get my product and it was marked delivered from there side and emailed them about this they took some time to investigate and refund my full amount of that product. I should have wait a bit before giving them bad review . This brand and there team is so cooperative and honest people . They did reply to my email and sorted out my frustration i will definitely buy from them now on because they won my trust and the way they served is excelent.

On the intial order the glass i ordered arrived extremely quickly but on inspection where faulty, the customer service when I made the call to see what could be done was outstanding and I received a replacement pair within a matter of days.

Discounted Sunglasses gave me the best price possible in addition to a generous student discount. Everything from processing to shipping to delivery was prompt and I was kept well informed throughout the process.

I will definitely be choosing Discounted Sunglasses again, and will not go elsewhere for my sunglasses.

Glasses dropped on floor and both arms broke rendering useless. I put off giving a review whilst I tried to contact Discounted Sunglasses for a chance to comment but have not had any response very disappointing wast of my money.

Nice looking glasses, feel comfortable. Disappointed I never received a cleaning cloth with them.
Usually standard piece of equipment supplied with glasses.

Excellent choice of sunglasses. I wanted to try polarised lenses so I bought a cheaper pair to see how they perform. I got a pair within budget. Quick delivery and kept updated with order progress. Well packaged. I'm very pleased and will use again when I need or upgrade my sunglasses.
