I can not praise this company enough! I lost my specs
(again!!) and emailed to say i needed to buy some more but was worried I'd mess them the order up.. Simon came back to me straight away to say he could help and then did! Absolute legend
After a bit of a nightmare with Royal Mail, they lost my delivery/sent it back
I emailed again and Abi rang me within minutes to say they would replace them - fantastic service

I highly recommend this company, not only for their lovely glasses but there sales team and customer service are amazing

Excellent service by friendly, helpful staff. Super quick turnaround and superb value for money. My puppy has taken a liking to chewing my glasses, so have had several pairs over the past few months, both normal and sunglasses, and wouldn't go anywhere else but here. Lovely staff - travelled from out of area to use them as i’d used them year ago! Nothing too much trouble in store or on the phone! Receipts emailed to me as promised and just a lovely branch to deal with!

My glasses had unfortunately broke went down to the shop and the staff were so helpful offering myself new frames and ordering in a pair of my original frames for me to decide which frames I wanted. So friendly professional and helpful will definitely recommend to family and friends

Saw this firm several times, driving home. Glasses had broken which I had for several years. Thought I'd give them a try, and I'm really pleased I did. Quality glasses which I was extremely surprised with when I went to collect and tried on. Excellent customer service to go with it. Will definitely use again.

I waited for my prescription specs from my optician to arrive and took the glasses I purchased from you with me.
The glasses you have sent me are not what my prescription should be,they are twice as powerful as my pair from the optician,they tested the lens,and somehow they seem to have been a mix up,I filled in on line what the prescription said and also sent a copy of the prescription,the only way I can use the glasses is to hold the text around 6 to 12 inches away as the text becomes unreadable.

Called in today after breaking my frame, and the lady in store sorted them out for me, also ordered a new pair at great value, sometimes it's not always about prices, when you get excellent service.

Order was delivered to local depot, and I collected it. The technician checked the fitting and made sure I was happy with the prescription. He also fixed my spare pair(now) which had lost a screw. All in all, a very good service.
