When i placed the order with them he called me and to discuss the order and advised i had ordered the incorrect part and even though i had to cancel the order in the end they still helped in explaining what i did.

A perfect postal purchase experience. As described item, well wrapped, delivered as promised. I would deal again with confidence.
I don't often install a flue so the support provided was much appreciated and made the job much easier. Queries were answered quickly by Matt, nothing was too much bother. Good selection of parts to get the whole job done.

Ordered the wrong size flue. They wouldn’t change it. However that’s not my complaint. When I asked them if when I bought the correct size the one I had was worth anything to them as a discount the reply was “it might be damaged”
It’s still in the box !!
If it’s damaged you’d need to send me another. His reply was yes “another one of the same size”

Ordered for delivery on a specific day. Delivery turned up perfectly. Had some items to return and luckily, I lived within an hour of the store so took it back myself. Refunded the difference straight away. Will definitely use again! Thank you!
If you want a sweater dress that looks like the outer shell of a teddy bear that hasn't been stuffed yet than youve found you spot. Material looks like the felt you used in kindergarten to make arts and crafts. Im all for fast fashion but this is trash.
