Unfortunately I had issues with customs and I couldn't get the products I purchased; but Direct Derma Supplies helped me with the return process. Camilla was absolutely kind and helpful. They provided me with the documents I needed to return the package. Because of customs the process was painful but this company helped me in the entire process. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
