Svar från Direct Fireplaces

Hi Jo,

Thank you for your review,

We're sorry for any disappointment in the Lindale suite. As we're sure you can appreciate, this is a budget fireplace incorporating the timber surround and an electric fire at a very reasonable package price.

These are made to a price point and won't necessarily look as realistic compared to significantly more expensive suites, but it's worth our saying that we have often had quite positive feedback considering their value for money.

If this would be within the returns period and if you would be interested in any potential alternatives, you are welcome to contact our team and we'll see what we can do to assist,

Kind regards,

Direct Stoves & Fireplaces
