My watch arrived on time.

I would have liked it though if there had been an option to buy the watch with a larger strap, as the strap which has been supplied with my watch is a bit on the short side for my wrist.

My order was delivered next day and it was all at a great price . Once you've ordered you want it to get to you as soon as and they had it covered even on bank holiday ….

Ordered one day delivered the next. What more can you ask for.

Great people to work with. I did my shopping over the internet. I'm 76 and not in the best health, so I do my shopping from home. They seem like very nice people

I wanted a surprise watch for my husband’s 60th, I was in Greece at the time. I Emailed John, to ask for all the Longines watches with the blue faces, received a email back , showing the watches and prices John kept the chosen watch, until I was able to look at it. We have had the pleasure of dealing with John before, nothing is too much trouble, he’s such a professional, really knows about the products he is selling, his enthusiasm is infectious. I recently went to Dipple's Jewelers to have a watch evaluated. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted by a smartly dressed gentleman who appeared to be a sales associate. However, as soon as I approached him with my watch, his behavior took a turn for the worse. He handled the watch roughly, manhandling it as if it were a piece of trash. He hovered over the table, treating me like I was nobody and behaving like a ruffian. I was taken aback by his demeanor and was left feeling disrespected and unimportant. I couldn't believe that a professional in the jewelry industry could treat a customer in such a manner. It was clear that he had no interest in helping me with my watch and was trying to get me out of the shop as quickly as possible. I was taken aback by his behavior and tried to speak up, but he dismissed me and continued to pull on the pin like a savage. I felt disrespected and disappointed by the way I was treated. It was not the kind of service I had expected from such a reputable jeweler. I decided to take my business elsewhere, as I didn't want to be treated like this again. It's a shame that such a beautiful store is marred by rude and unprofessional staff. I hope that management will address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with the respect and care that they deserve. I left Dipple's jewelers feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received.

Managed to find what I was looking for on the website which was fantastic and it arrived the next day via special delivery without problems. Excellent service and would recommend, thank you!

Bought a heavily discounted watch in the Dipples sale. On receipr, watch not working correctly and looked like it had already been returned at least once. Dipples agreed a full refund. They really don't have a choice under the consumers act If you notify them within 14 days.
It's fine to restock returned items however, Dipples must ensure the product is perfect before selling as new again. Sales are a good way of selling imperfect products, no problem with that, but please don't sell them as new. I'm OK to give Dipples the benefit of doubt on this occasion. I hope they refund me promptly.

Friendly service. Very helpful when contacted and prompt and precise postage and packing. Very well packaged too. Really nice watch. Great experience and i will shop here again.
