I received excellent service from the beginning to end. The staff were friendly yet professional. The watch I wanted to see was sent over from the Bury St Edmunds shop to the Norwich one. I bought the Longine watch & the links were immediately removed in order for it to fit. I absolutely love the watch. I have bought from Dipples before & wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the shop again. The service was excellent & special.

Visited the Bury store and left two items for valuation that I inherited a little while ago.
Have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Each piece was shown care and attention at all times when I left them. I met Hannah the Valuer and she talked me through the processes she would be using. I felt totally at ease and very happy to know my inherited items would not be leaving the store.
I received a rather impressive looking valuation with all the facts and figures I needed for my insurance company. They also took lovely photos too!

I would not recommend their valuation services. Their customer care - or lack thereof - is also extremely poor.

I sent my great grandmothers watch off for a service as it had never been serviced since being restored. There were months of delays, then a repair (as my watch stopped working when I got it back), then more months of delays and still my watch doesn't work. David's response was to offer me a complimentary service, which I obviously rejected as the first one damaged my watch and the second failed to repair the damage. To say I'm upset is an understatement. I will be sending my watch to Michalmyr for a repair and it looks like I'll have to recoup my losses through small claims as Dipples refused to take responsibility. I would absolutely not recommend their service and sadly their customer care also leaves much to be desired.

I bought a watch for my partner for Bday/Xmas and the price was reduced the day after on other online retailers. Dipples refunded the difference via price match the next day and were super easy to deal with and very communicative through the whole process. A shining example of customer service in what is otherwise a bleak retail industry. Special thanks to Weena who resolved my issue. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Fantastic service, great price and very fast delivery. The item ordered was expensive but on sale and I was required to sign for the delivery which gave me peace of mind.
