I reached out the customer care team for you, I am not sure if it is the Technical Support team that have not responded. Kate from the customer care team has advised that she has been speaking with you by email, and got to the bottom of the issues with the HDMI port. The item has been sent back and will be getting refunded once it returns. I also checked the listing and can confirm it states HDMI x 1. It does not specify whether it is 1.4, 2.0, or 2.1, this is something we can look into, to enrich our listings further, if in doubt please ask, we will check this for you, so you don't have to.

Wow! I was a little unsure about the honesty of the stock being available but it pays to watch certain stock updates. Delivered after 5 days and was easy to install as long as you've got 2 x 8 pin connectors. Great product - didn't realise it was the oc version until it arrived:)

Wouldn't recommend.
After ordering a PC and peripherals, I was notified that all items would be dispatched within 5 days of 4/01/2021. It's safe to say that was not the case, my monitor was the last thing to be dispatched on the 27/01/2021. Incredibly dissapointing, I was told that items were simply out of stock after contacting the support team, but why it didn't say so on the website but did for other items I have no idea. The mouse box seemed to be damaged in transit (corners caved in), fortunately the mouse was unharmed. To top it off, the PC stand is damaged and will not rest on a flat surface without wobbling (I've had to stick some cardboard under a corner in order to make sure it doesn't topple over. After the long wait and back-and forth with customer support, I'm not even going to bother attempting to return it, I just won't order from DinoPC again. The one saving grace is that that actual PC itself other than the stand is in good shape, cable management is neat etc. and all is working well. Unfortunately it doesn't make up for the rest of the service.
