Despite being delayed by nine months…
Despite being delayed by nine months due to the chip shortage, the ASUS 3070 card arrived quickly once in stock. Shame it cost a bit more but again I can understand that. My only criticism would be the lack of information provided during the wait, a regular update on queue position would have been well received.

I cannot praise Dino PC enough. My experience with them has been nothing but perfect, and I cannot emphasise how much I did not know about building computers and how daunting I found it. However, they helped me to understand everything I needed to know in very simple and easy language. I mostly talked to Thomas Thorne on the Customer Care team to ask a LOT of questions, and I can 100% say if it wasn't for him I probably would not have got my PC or had felt confident in doing so. I definitely feel that eveything was decently priced for the hardware I got, and I can also say that nobody was EVER trying to take advantage of clearly how little I knew - in fact, I was told a few times that what I want is probably overkill for what I would need and was reccommended cheaper options if I had wished to take them. The PC itself came in pretty quickly (around 2 or 3 weeks after ordering) in perfect condition and was packaged very carefully. Could not be happier!

Pc broke after less than a month
Pc broke after less than a month, go through the process of returning it so the broken part will be replaced, we get charged £25 for packaging to return it, at first the packaging did not all come and so we had to wait an extended period of time to be able to send it off. Have had no communications since we sent it back. Try to avoid buying a pc from here, if it breaks you will have problems returning it.

All of our items are brand new sealed products, so the mounting screws may have been missing from the package when they arrived in our warehouse from the supplier, or they are something that Asus does not provice with the motherboard. Unrivaled during the gpu shortage.
Had stock when most other suppliers didn't and at a price unmatched by any at the time. Genuinely surprised by them as I've never heard of Dino pc until I stumbled on them looking for a gpu.
Delivered faster than expected too.
Packaging could have been better, box arrived a bit beaten up but that's more courier than anything.
Much appreciated, will be using them again.
