The delivery information can be better.

They deliver the phone as promised however the courier tracking information can be better. Once the order was dispatched, the app said that the parcer was "transit in hub" for more than a week without any update. At that point I started to be concerned as it wasn't clear what they meant and they have bad reviews about Dimprice not being responsive. After 12 days, I received a mail from DPD and everything went back on track. The whole delivery time was 16 days, as per their T&C.

A bit dubious at first because of the price, but so glad I went ahead and purchased it, as it said in the description “new in box”. Thank you.

Very good price, Excellent Tracked delivery service from 1st order to delivery. Recommended a friend who also had the same excellent all round experience.
Would highly recommend. Was originally a bit sceptical because of some of the negative reviews, very good decision to ignore these.

Well considering I never got my order, my experience with this company has not been great.

I was skeptical of ordering on here as the price was considerably less than anywhere else. Althought the website is (co.uk) this appears to be a chinese company.

It doesn't suprise me that it can be offered at this price as the mark up on Big Tech Companies is astonomical and we in the west sure are stupid to pay £1000+ for a phone.

Anyway I read some reviews and they were generally positive, with most of the complaints being delivery time. Which added to my conclusion that it was Chinese Distributer or some sort of cover company, i'm not entirely sure. Regardless they offer a 6 month warranty and full manufacturer warranty on faulty items.

I was in no rush and for a 40% or more saving on the product, I was willing to wait.

I was very suprised when the Phone arrived within 2 weeks. It works great, is an original product and packaging and i am very happy.

Phone in chinese on arrival. Easy fix. No wall charger, although this is an easy fix at this price point.

Would use again.

The Nintendo Switch OLED was GREAT

I was searching for a new iPad Pro and came across Dimprice, they have great prices and they kept me informed regarding delivery. I have only switched on the iPad as it is a gift, but all looks great with it. Would definitely use Dimprice again.

Ordered universal wireless charger. Came by delivery Amazon as gift 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️😂 also item I bought clearly cloned fake. Looks they bought it off from Amazon. I don’t deny that item was new.
My advice be careful never buy from them expensive products like especially phones.

I have bought 2 phones from Dimprice so far, both arrived in about 10 days. The company send you an order acknowledgement as soon as you place the order, then tracking information once your order has been despatched. The price is excellent. Phones are brilliant. Would not hesitate to recommend them 100%.

The instructions were in a foreign language but we were given details how to find website to change this and all was well

A bit of a wait but product arrive in perfect condition and was as advertised!

Ordered a tablet which arrived in reasonable time. At the same time I ordered a protected case that took over 5 weeks to arrive - despite several reminders. I eventually purchased the case elsewhere. When it did finally arrive they refused to accept a return (despite statutory rights allowing this). Would definitely not recommend. There are plenty of other suppliers more reliable and efficient. Disappointing.

And it was written that it was with LTE but arrived without. I sent them several emails and they didn't respond to me until two weeks later and then they told me to look at the website and they don't have such an option.. and I noticed that they just changed their website and wrote without ...
They did not agree to accept a return only with a deduction of 30 percent.
DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G (SIM-Free, 12+256GB) Smartphone - Phantom White and received a iPhone in a Samsung box . After a few initial emails I have got nowhere since December 2022 . Absolute rip off. I spent 829.99 which I have lost now . I have been scammed . I don't understand why this company is still operating with the same complaints been registered against them .

Had ordered a black Samsung watch 44 mm watch and smaller one in purple arrived..had to still go ahead with it as it was a gift

I was initially concerned about ordering my Samsung device from a company that I had never heard of and with such an unconvincing name! However after looking at reviews and researching prices and savings I decided to take the plunge.
I am very glad that I did. My phone arrived safely within the expected delivery time, in a sealed box and is perfect. Delivery information was available at all times and I am better of by 150 pounds...Certainly a happy customer.

Took bit long for delivery, but that's nothing to worry about. Everything works great, nothing to complain about.
